Both apartments have been carefully restored keeping charming original features like the wooden ceiling beams and modernised to the highest modern standards ( dvd library, WiFi, Air Conditioning, central heating, flat screen tv) so you can have the best of both worlds.
Location, its best asset: Their best advantage is their location, as it's in 5-10 min walk from most of the city´s tourist attractions and sights. Thus, in 5 min walk you find the Gothic Quarter, the Cathedral, the modernist Palace of Music, the monument of Arc Triomf, the biggest parc in town with the Zoo within, ruins, Picasso Museum, the 2nd oldest food markets, 2 different metro lines and the train direct to the airport.
In 10 min walk you find: the beach, the Port, the 2 main shopping streets and the most famous avenue avenue in town ( Rambles).
The apartments are located in the trendiest area, the Born wirth its narrow streets and alleyways, little leafy squares, art galleries and museums and the greatest restaurant concentration in town.
