Almost perfect

The location of the villa is perfect : on a beach. And if the right-there-beach doesn't suit you, you can walk five minutes to get a better one.
Plus, there is a lot of restaurants and pubs in the surroundings of the villa. There is also a very nice night club (the bongo café or something like that) at a ten-minutes walk.
This villa has only two defects : the two rooms of the second floor. These rooms are right under the roof, so it's very hot in the summer. And they have very small windows so they are not easily ventilated.
Owner's Response: I am very pleased this younger group had a good time because I was concerned. I make it a general rule not to rent to younger groups but I was persuaded otherwise.
My concern is justified; the villa is a “family villa. Their comment about the beach “where you can walk 5 minutes to get a better one” is fine for people who want to do surfing, etc. but is not safe for children.
Villa on the Beach has a quiet sandy beach, the water is very shallow and ideal for children, as so many guests have said, it is fantastic they can sit on the patio with a glass of wine and watch the children play on the beach in safety and do not have to “pack” to go to the beach.
Their comment the villa has only 2 defects, the rooms on the second floor, were very hot. La Manga is hot in the summer which is why visitors go there. I have never had a complaint before as both rooms have large, wall mounted fans.
In fact this year the humidity has been has been extremely high in La Manga and this has caused people who live there a lot of discomfort, so it’s not the villa it’s the weather!
