A luxury penthouse apartment with private roof top solarium and stunning views across both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea. Fully furnished to a high standard, including air conditioning. Satellite TV and under floor heating. Two Bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and fitted with a security safe for guest's use. A further bathroom, fitted kitchen with granite worktops, lounge/dining room. Close to all bars, restaurants and shops. A short drive from the world famous La Manga Club Golf Resort, go-carting, scuba diving and much more. The added bonus of renting our apartment is having the use of the roof top solarium equipped with barbecue, sun lounger’s, table and chairs, a great place to dine in the evening or sunbathe in private during the day, costing not much more to rent than a standard apartment. This high quality fully furnished apartment is suitable for both couples and families who are looking for something a little bit special. No extra charges on prices quoted.

La Manga Strip: The La Manga Strip has many blue flag beaches. From the apartment you are no further than a few minutes away from either the crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor or the Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Calida (Warm Coast) can be as active or as relaxing as you choose. The climate is ideal for all kinds of outdoor activities, from horse-riding, to sailing and from golf to scuba diving. With over 320 days of sunshine and summer temperatures of 26 degrees it really is a paradise between two seas. Well served by shops, bars, banks, restaurants, close to the marina and all water sports the La Manga Strip has something for everyone. This is a place where the Spanish come to holiday, which guarantees you a real flavour of Spain. The fishing village at the beginning of the strip (Cabo De Palos) is a must visit with its atmosphere, Sunday market, restaurants and night life is a great night out.

The Mar Menor: Our apartment is situated between both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea with shallow waters and the absence of tides make the Mar Menor the ideal place for lots of water sports. It is a magnificent natural swimming pool with temperatures which are maintained by a sun that shines for an average 320 days each year. The waters has saline content of 50% and are scientifically recognised as being therapeutic in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments. The Black mud from the Mar Menor although creating a strange sight when first seen smothered over the body of visitors, is used to relieve the pain and the symptoms of these conditions. We also have the luxury of miles of unspoilt beaches.

Golf: There is a 9 hole pitch & putt golf course with a driving range attached close by, or if you really want to spoil yourself, the La Manga Club Golf Resort with its 3 championship courses, casino, night clubs and various other facilities are only a short drive away. There are currently plans for 10 new golf courses to be built in the region of which 7 have already started.

The La Manga Strip has a unique position in Europe, between two Seas, the Mediterranean Sea and the crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor. The apartment is located overlooking the largest marina in the area The Tomas Maestre Marina, near the tip of the strip. It is not far from the Cosmopolitan City of Murcia and the Historical City of Cartagena with its wonderful port. Close to all Restaurants, Bars and Shops and boasts an enviable front line position with the opportunity to watch the sailing ships return to the marina and to witness some of the most fantastic sunsets you will ever see. Ideal for both family or couples as the La Manga Strip has it all. Close by there are two beaches, the calm, crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor, perfect for young children as it is very shallow, or 75metres from there is the Mediterranean sea with it's lovely sandy beaches and clear blue water and on some occasions great waves for surfacing.

  • PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A FURTHER 10% DISCOUNT ON THE ABOVE PRICES FOR 2 WEEK BOOKING

    A £100 deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance and a refundable £100 damage deposit payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Refundable deposit will be returned two weeks after your stay in our apartment.

    60 euros is payable to our management company on arrival for apartment clean,towels & linen. This charge will be waived for our first five customers who book for 2013.
  • We understand how important it is for you to be able to take your holiday when you want; we aim to be as flexible as possible with regard to duration of stay and arrival/departure dates. If you wish to book a shorter or longer stay than quoted, please contact us for prices. Flights are often less expensive during weekdays and allows you better choice with flights. So we are happy to accommodate arrival and departure on any day of the week subject to availability.

Notes: Towels and bed linen are provided for guest use. Please bring your own beach towels. We have installed Satellite TV for our guest use which includes ITV, BBC, Sky Movies, Sky Sports etc., over 30 English speaking channels available. A travel cot is available (free of charge) for very small children who are still too young to sleep in a standard bed. The roof top solarium is accessed by stairs and is fully equipped for your pleasure with sun lounger’s, table & chairs, built in barbeque, fridge/freezer, shower to cool off in and lights & power.

The apartment has amazing views over the marina and you can watch the boats coming and going all day.

The apartment is well equiped and has everything you'll need. It is close to shops, bars and within 5 mins of a couple of beaches.

The hotel across the road can be a bit noisy on a night 100db (I have an iphone app!) but it goes quiet at 11:30ish. If we didn't have a 4 year old we'd have been over drinking with the party goers so it wasn't a real problem.

Nice place - thanks for the stay!
