Cala D'or area Majorca (Mallorca), This 2 Storey beautiful typically spanish air conditioned Villa situated within a small immaculate complex consists of 3 good sized double bedrooms, I ensuite bathroom and 1 family bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen includes Miele dishwasher, Microwave, enormous fridge, electric hob and oven, toaster etc. Utility room with Miele washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Downstairs toilet, dining area, sitting room. WiFi, large screen HD TV, DVD player, Stereo and CD player and I POD docking station. Hairdryers supplied

Fantastic terrace onto well manicured gardens and large pool. Upstairs terrace overlooking the gardens, pool and the sea. Direct access to the beach from the front of the complex within a 1 minute walk.

Perfect for families: The location and size of the villa is perfect for a family of upto 6.

It is within 1 minute of the beach of Cala Gran. a 7 minute stroll of the town centre and 15 minutes from the Marina.

The terrace has a small gate opening on to the garden and pool with a large table and all the living is outside during the summer.

We supply all shampoo, conditioner and shower gels and 2 hairdryers in the villa. Also beach towels.

There are many small Calas/Beaches to choose from within the vincinity, With at least 4 within a 10 minute walk.

Golf and other sport facilities all near by.: There is a fantastic golf course within a 15 minute drive with amasing views and fabulius restuarant facitlities.

There is a diving school within 3 minutes.

Cycle hire within a few minutes walk too.

More or less any summer activity you may want is available.

This absolutely beautiful Air conditioned apartment on the 2nd (top) floor is all in immaculate condition having been completely refurbished. The bedroom is nice and quiet with only the sound of the sea to lull you to sleep. It has beautiful curtains and fabulous linen. However, this all pales into virtual insignificance once you step onto the very large terrace that overlooks the clear turquoise blue water of the bay and beach and out to the open sea where you can have breakfast watching all the wonderful yachts leave the Marina entrance in the morning, and enjoy a gin and tonic in the evening and see them return. It consists of 1 bedroom and a stunning bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 fridges, Miele washing machine etc. An open plan living room with integral dining area. The sitting room has a large comfy sofa, digital TV, DVD, CD player and IPOD docking station.

Cala D'or has grown into a sophisticated playground for all types of holiday makers. The Marina area is full of stunning Yachts and Cruisers. The Sea is Turquoise blue and all water activities are available locally. It has the most excellent restaurants and bars, and provides a lively night life for those seeking it. The villa location however is quiet being on the headland of Cala Gran beach with just a short stroll to all amenities. The beach is 1 minute away and the town is approx 7 minutes walk and the Marina approximately 15 minute stroll. The beautiful Val D'or golf course is approximately 10 minutes away by car.

Notes

  • Winter lets on this apartment are available at special rates. A refundable deposit of £175.00 will be required to secure the dates, this will be returned within 7 days of your return following confirmation of no damage. Normal wear and tear and small items of breakage will not be deducted.
    An additional cost for extra linen should you want a third person in the apartment of £30.00 or 40 Euros.
  • A deposit of £175.00 will be required to hold the dates requested. The full amount is due 9 weeks prior to traveling. There is no additional cancellation charge up until this point except the deposit. Cancellations of between 7 - 9 weeks = 50% of full amount will refunded. Less than 7 weeks no refund.

A wonderfully well appointed apartment with sky tv and internet access, a little tip if you have sky at home is to take your sky viewing card and enjoy all channels.
The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you require from washing machine to fully fitted kitchen.
Our travel party consisted of myself, my partner and our little girl (5 and a half). From having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beach (you have to see the views to believe them) we stayed at the pool until getting ready to go out in the evening. The pool and the grounds were a dream and the families around the pool only added to the experience.
Right on the doorstep are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Most with British clientle but not the tattoed drunken idiots that can spoil a place, these were more family orientated and therefore there is a nice atmosphere.
Cala D'Or itself is a lovely little place, lots of eateries for everyones pocket.
To sum up, probably the most enjoyable holiday of our time as a family and we couldn't recommend the place enough.
We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Apartment - Great Location

I took my partner to the apartment for a week in the sun last week. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and how well equipped the accommodation was. The flat had everything from a fridge, a hair dryer, shower gel and even a cold bottle of wine!

Cala d'Or is a fantastic place that has a great variety of restaurants. The resultants in the town centre and the marina all served fine food at reasonable prices. It is a very short walk into the town centre and even shorter to the beach!

Within Cala d'Or there is also a wide range of other activities you can do, these included boat trips, scuba diving, shopping, visiting the caves of drach and much more.

The highlight of this particular apartment is by far the balcony. The balcony overlooks the bay and has fantastic views. It is perfect for sitting in the sun and watching the world go by or enjoying some find food/wine.

Overall we would highly recommend this trip to everyone as Cala d'Or and this apartment has it all.

Relaxing Holiday

Spent a week in the apartment and had a very relaxing holiday.
As previous comments this is a great little place with amazing views, very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet and private location with well kept gardens and pool. Easy walking to shops & restaurants in the main resort. Marina has great places to eat and takes aprox 15mins walk.
Steps to the top floor could be a problem but its worth the effort for the views. Good communications with Lynn.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Fantastic location, home from home

My husband and I have recently returned from an 8 night break at Apt Y and would just like to say what a perfect location and very relaxing experience this was.  Cala D'or is a very special place to us, we know the area well and have stayed in various hotels and apartments over the years.  This was by far the best due to its location and amenities.  It literally is a 5 min gentle stroll into town, has wonderful views and the apartments and the grounds are immaculate.  The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing break and we came back feeling really refreshed.  This apartment would also be ideal for an out of season peaceful break.  Big thanks to the owner Lynn for a really smooth booking and great communications.  Looking forward to next year already!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
