This spacious raised garden apartment forms the ground floor of a townhouse built at least 150 years, but was refurbished a few years ago. It is situated in a very quiet road close to all amenities and the main square. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby. It has a lawned garden that runs the length of the building and a generous terrace, perfect for eating outside on. The town itself, apart from being full of interesting architecture, and history, has a number of high quality art galleries, and an international music festival during the summer months of July and August.

The beaches at Cala San Vicente and Poerto de Pollenca are within a ten minutes drive by car or by local bus. There are numerous walks in the area and the island is a haven for birdwatchers in the spring and autumn.

The apartment is a NON SMOKING one situated in a quiet residential area of the old town and we hope that visitors to the property will respect the fact and will act accordingly.

There is a small refundable deposit of £100 for the keys/cleaning and against possible breakages or damage.

To confirm the booking, a 30% deposit is required and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can also be made by bank transfer to our Spanish Euro account. The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals. Pollenca is in the north of Mallorca, at the end of the mountain chain that runs along the west side of the island. There are a number of sandy beaches nearby. The closest beach is at Cala San Vicente, however, Puerto Pollenca and its bay is almost as close and the famous Formentor beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Mallorca is an island of fantastic contrasts, from rural farmland to mountain ranges and beautiful towns and last but not least, sandy beaches.

Fabulous Apartment - just Gorgeous!!!

What can i say - what a lovely week we have had in the apartment. Spotlessly clean and so spacious. The verandah was ideal for a bit of shade as it was really hot, but the garden was so lovely too as we could sit there and have a bit of breeze from the trees.
What we thought was a really lovely touch was the welcome pack in the fridge - very much appreciated after the journey.
Everything you could want was there.
We ate breakfast on the verandah and lunch most days as it was so peaceful. There was a little supermarket just around the corner and a larger one not too far away.
It was only a few minutes to the town square and the steps up to the Church (all 365 of them).
Pepe who looked after the apartment was brilliant - so helpful with advice on how to get to places.
All in all what a fantastic week we had - only one downfall was it was hot at night (if you can call it a downfall!!).
We would highly recommend the apartment, as from the moment of booking there was contact all the way until arrival and during our stay -perfect hosts! What more does anyone want.
We will definately go back. Thank you so much

We enjoyed a lovely week in Pollensa. The apartment was well equipped in a central location close to the main square, shops and restaurants. Parking the car in the narrow streets was a challenge some days, but the old town was pleasantly quiet in the evenings and we felt comfortable walking the streets late at night. The provision of Sky tv in the apartment allowed us to keep in touch with the olympics which was much appreciated by the whole family. We have no hesitation in recommending this property for a peaceful, relaxing break in a beautiful old town.

Two weeks of Sunshine

We stayed in the apartment with our two children aged 10 and 4 for a lovely two week holiday. The apartment was clean and well equipped enabling us to have a very comfortable time. All the facilities were as described and the garden was a delight to sit in with all the flowers out in bloom. The gardener visited to water the garden whilst we were staying and he was both helpful with information and entertaining the children,especially keeping them cool with the hosepipe!
The apartment was in the old part of town and within easy walking distance of the square.The area was quiet and relaxed. The local shops were within walking distance so supplies were easy to collect and the cooking facilities were perfectly adequate to keep my hungry family well fed.
We really enjoyed staying in this part of Pollensa away from the bustle of the commercial holiday area but still within easy reach of the beaches either by bus or car.
If we ever get the opportunity to visit Majorca again this would be a place we would love to re-visit and if we were asked to recommend a place this would be it.

Excellent accommodation - excellent holiday !
My husband and i escaped from the busy life in the UK and on the continent. This apartment surprised us by its comfortable size; it is spacious, light, and not overcrowded with furniture. It has everything what the guests might need on a holiday. The nice touch in terms of a "welcome food pack" gives big credit to the owner. The big advantage of this apartment is a good size terrace which opens on to a beautiful well maintained garden. The location is superb - all amenities, restaurants and attractions are just round the corner. Sandy beaches and boat tours are minutes away by car. If you are without a car, then the bus service is regular, air-conditioned and very good. We would definitely recommend this property and would like to come back again.

We had a delightful stay in the apartment with our 2 boys. Excellent communication with the owners. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. It has a lovely patio area overlooking the lush garden, which is particularly delightful early evening. Well equipped kitchen and laundry area. All the BBC channels are available, and there's also a DVD player. The apartment is peaceful and feels very private, and is only a 5 minute stroll from the town square, cafes, restaurants, bakeries and delis. We had high temperatures for the time of year (33 degrees), yet the apartment remained cool and comfortable throughout.
