Apartment Eneas: 4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 9

This apartment was a sheer delight for my family. Our party consisted of four adults, one of whom is a wheelchair user and two young children. The layout of the apartment was very suitable for my father in law (wheelchair user) who had no trouble using all the facilities both inside and outside of the apartment. Due to the well thought spacious location of the bedrooms we were able to give my elderly parents in law their "own space" with their en-suite bedroom and access to the patio terrace at the front of the apartment whilst our young children slept at the back where it was quieter. The living room area is well proportioned betweeen living space and dining space and off this was a seperate kitchen/utility room which were well stocked and met all our "home from home" needs - vital with small kids and elderly folk..

Our children especially were delighted with the swimming pools (adult and kids) whilst we could keep an eye either from poolside or under the shade of some lovely trees or indeed in the well maintained front garden. The communcal garden is a delight with ponds replete with goldfish and frogs much to the delight of the children. As an added bonus the owner left a large selection of games, dvd's/toys etc (all in perfect working order) for the enjoyment and entertainment of the children. For the adults there is a comprehensive selction of dvd's etc to enjoy.

The apartment is maintained and decorated to a very high standard. We found the beds to be very comfortable with sufficient linen and pillows provided. The bathrooms were spacious with both bath and shower facilities.and certainly met all our diverse familiies needs.

The air conditioning took a little bit of getting used to (owner provides a very comprehensive guide to the workings of this system) but was a sheer joy at nightime.

The owner provided us with a very comprehensive and detailed dossier outlining all the functionality of the apartment but also included a restaurant guide, taxi and bus guide and basically anything you needed to know about this resort. This was posted to us ahead of our stay so we could familarise ourselves with it and also copies were available in the apartment.

All in all we had a terrific time and would love to come back. The apartment is located a short walk from the centre of Pollensa just back from the famous pine walk. I would higly recommend it for families as it meets all needs. We will be back. Thanks a million.
