This stunning villa has been beautifully refurbished and furnished. Each room has a unique character of it's own. Set in 60,000m2 of quiet rustic land, the villa is found just off a dirt track road. There are fabulous sea views from the front bedroom terraces.

With plenty of space for large groups, in addition to the lounge and dining area there is a circular 'T.V' room, a perfect 'chill-out' zone for kids or adults to enjoy one of the many videos or play one of the games provided, whilst relaxing in luxury leather bean bags.

The cottage, separated from the main house by a footpath though the citrus groves, has it's own private kitchenette and terraces.

A large pool, paddling pool and bar-b-que terrace and outdoor, covered kitchen and dining area adjoin both houses.

In all a villa with great facilities, in a superb location, 10 mins drive from the best beaches and 5 mins walk from the local shop & cafe for fresh bread.

Can Verru is set in 60,000m2 of rustic farmland near to the desirable area of San Agustin. About 10 minutes drive to San Antonio and 20 minutes drive to Ibiza Town where some of the best restaurants, bars and shops are found.

Two of the island's most beautiful beaches, Cala Bassa and Cala Conte are both within 5 - 10 minutes drive.

The villa benefits from no immediate neighbours, and is extremely peaceful. A short walk will take you to the local supermarket selling almost all you will need. There is also an adjoining cafe which is great for early morning coffee.

  • The Rental Period is from Saturday to Saturday 16.00 on the day of arrival through to 10am on the day of departure, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. The equivalent of 1,500 pounds inventory and breakage deposit is payable by cheque paid 4 weeks prior to arrival to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakage. Notes: A great feature of the villa is the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. This means that you never have to leave the poolside for a cold drink or to miss the sunset while cooking! Both the Villa & Cottage are fully air conditioned. The fitness terrace consists of simple c.v equipment and some free weights. The terraces all have lockable grill doors to ensure childrens safety. Babysitters, caterers, massage therapists and hair dressers can all be arranged.

A holiday to remember!!

A large group of us stayed at Can Verru for a big get together before my best friend moved abroad - and he couldn't have had a better send off!!

The whole layout of the villa is very sociable, but with quiet areas if you want to take a break. (I recommend lying in the hammocks by the pool as the ideal way to ease the pain from the night before!) With the number of us, we could have easily ended up being on top of one another - yet this was not the case.

We made use of the large seating area for food during the day and drinks at night. The beaches and clubs aren't far to get to, we just called a minibus to take us throughout the week. Theres also a small supermarket just five minutes walk away to top up on food and drink.

This amazing villa made the Ibiza experience for us all and it will be a holiday we wont forget - we will be back!

My family and close family friends headed out to Ibiza and stayed at this beautiful villa. We couldn't have asked for more, the description and photos don't do it justice.

There was plenty of space to fit 5 adults, 3 teenagers and 4 kids and the facilities suited us all. We actually spent the majority of our time at the villa itself, lounging by the pool, making big bbqs, the children loved playing in the pirate ship and tipi!

One day the girls and I took advantage of the men and kids being out rock jumping at the nearby beach with a pilates and massage session held at the villa. I would definitely recommend this, very enjoyable and relaxing in the comfort of where we were staying - check out Love Pilates Ibiza (we found business cards in the outside kitchen area)

Overall I cannot recommend enough!

Beautiful Villa!

We staid at the villa during two weeks, and I must say the place lived up to our very high expectations.

There is the most amazing and lovely pool area you could dream of, with a complete kitchen that we used everyday and a barbecue. It is so much nicer to prepare meals outside while speaking to your friends! And the interior of the villa has been decorated very tastefully with the same care and love of details.

The property is very big and there is a little place for everyone to relax, listen to music, have a nap or play football for example. It is in a very quiet area, but at the same time only a few minutes by car from the nearest beaches or nice restaurants . And there is a supermarket and a place to buy hot food just a few hundred meeters away. So convenient for families!

I would recommend this property to anyone!

We couldnt have picked a better place to stay! The villa is fantastic and the outside area is simply paradise. It was so much fun to stay at the villa that we hardly wanted to go out! When does that happen? The entire holiday was just great, the first week it was party all the time, the babes loved the house, they just didnt want to leave! The second week we had some friends over with family, had some wonderful dinner parties by the pool, the kids loved it! They were always entertained, whther it was in the pool, enjoying th hammock, playing some footy or checking out the area. It was perfect! I also found this video on youtube, it was just made, it really highlights the beauty of this villa.

I highly recommend this villa to anyone, whether you are family or party animals, its perfect!

Every year I entertain hugely important clients. Clients that have seen and done everything, so choosing a destination is hard work, as you're expected to over deliver.

This year I booked Can Verru and the clients said they'd never been anywhere better.

You only have to read the reviews or look at the photo's to get an idea of how beautiful Can Verru is. BTW the words and the photo's do not do this place justice.

Personal favorites include: The huge BBQ, the surround sound system, the outside bar, the amazing pool and hammocks and not forgetting the pirate ship - Ohhh Arghhh!

Book Can Verru. I can assure you, you will return.
