The apartment is in a fantastic location - close to all amenities but in a very quiet area:
- Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by, no car hire is necessary
- Just 2 mins in front of the apartment is the cosmopolitan Marina Botafoch complex with upmarket shops and wonderful restaurants/cafes. Car hire and travel agents are also located in this complex
- Ibiza Town is a 15 minute walk from the apartment and from the Marina complex in high season, a regular boat service runs across the harbour to Ibiza Town all day until the early hours. Return boats run till 4am at the El Divino stop which is a 5 minute walk away.
- Boats to Formentera run from the Marina and from the central harbour in Ibiza Town
- Behind the apartment is the lovely Talamanca Beach, sandy and with bars and restaurants
- 5-10 mins walk to the beautiful and world famous Pacha nightclub although no noise!
