3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, private villa sleeps a maximum of 7

Large detached villa in private walled and gated grounds with sea views. A private, secluded, beached pool, that gets all day sun in a large private garden. The property has one double and two twin bedded rooms and two bathrooms. It is located near to the beach, golf courses, tennis courts, health club, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and are within walking distance so a car is not essential.

Large detached villa- private pool: This property is spacious and has a large balcony and terraces for dining outside.There is a small terrace off the kitchen for breakfast in the sun. We also have a garden with lawn area and beached pool suitable for young children and elderly. The villa is in a prime position with sea view, and convenient for all amenities. There is also a health club with gymnasium, pool, beauty treatments etc., restaurants, just 3 minutes walk from the villa. This is a private residential area with all amenities very close by it is therefore not always necessary to hire a car - unless on a daily basis for travelling as local taxis and buses are easily available. Beaches vary and some are in walking distance and others a short taxi, bus or car ride. This property has private space and distanced from other properties and the pool is secluded.

About Michael and Patricia Maxwell

We live in La Cala de Mijas which is five minutes away from Casa Bella. We can be there quickly if any problems should arise.

Patricia is a member of the Lions Clubs International and this year (2013/2014) is president of the La Cala de Mijas Lions Club. Michael works with another association. We work in the community helping people where we can.

Michael and Patricia Maxwell purchased this villa in 2003

Riviera del Sol is ideally located between the larger towns of Fuengirola and Marbella. Ample sandy beaches at Calahonda and Riviera del Sol. Sheltered bay and naturist beach backed by dunes at Cabopino. All with restaurant and bar facilities. Local Golf courses & Sporting facilities:- Miraflores Golf, Calahonda Golf, La Siesta Golf Club and Sporting Association, La Cala & Country Club(5km),Cabopino Golf (5km),Aztec Sports and Country Club (3minutes from villa), Calahonda Horse Rides, South Coast Quad Rentals (3km). Local Markets:- Wednesdays and Saturdays at La Cala. Tuesday and Saturday at Fuengirola.

Other Activities: Gymnasium. Costa Del Sol caters for most sporting activities

Golf: Within walking distance 72 par 18 hole championship course

with additional driving range and classes for all ages.There are some 40 golf courses in the area.

Notes: Changeover day - Saturday - Off peak flexible. There is a full size z-bed to accommodate a seventh person. Also we have 2 cots, 2 highchairs and a pushchair (free of charge). Cleaning for arrival and departure but daily maid service is extra on request. Linen and towels are provided. Weekly linen change. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery and cutlery etc. There is an iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster and coffee makers. There is a large air conditioning/heating unit in the living area. The bedrooms are fitted with quiet ceiling fans, with wall switch controls. There is one portable cool/ hot air unit and the downstairs bedrooms have radiators. Flat screen t.v. with English satellite channels. A welcome pack is provided (free of charge).

Casa Bella is a lovely villa, clean, spacious and well maintained by owners Patti and Michael who were very helpful and accessable. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and private. Riviera del sol is a quiet area but with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk. Fellinis and The Far Isle being highly recommended for both service and food. Taxis and buses are nearby and plentiful. We didn't hire a car and ate and shopped in Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola and Benalmadena with no transport problems.
We would throughly recommend Casa Bella for a family holiday and look forward to returning in the future.

Casa Bella is a lovely villa situated in a quiet residential area of Riviera Del Sol.
The villa was clean and fully equipped and had plenty of room for my family.
The pool was excellent and just the right size for us.
The bar-be-que area was brilliant in the evening and allowed us to have some cheaper meals rather than eat out every night.
Patricia and Michael were excellent hosts and were a pleasure to deal with.
Would recommend the villa to others.

just back from a fab holiday thanks to patricia and michael your villa is fab its clean spacious has everything we needed and more we loved it and the kids loved the pool especially at night when it was lit up very private and safely secured property ,very quiet and tranquil , with beutifull views to get up to in morning beach shops bars and few restraunts taxi rank ,bus stop all walking distance so we didnt hire a car didnt even need beach towels hair drier iron as its all there i will be recomending this villa to my friends and family we couldnt fault it and patricia and michael kindly sorted our transfers out to and from airport so once again thankyou so much for a fab holiday from karen danny and the five grandchildren ages from 3,5 ,7,9,12 xx hope to c u soon .
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
