A beautifully furnished apartment, 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms

Las Olas is very close to all amenities and many golf courses. DISCOUNTED GOLF AVAILABLE - SMALL GYM ON THE COMPLEX

Our apartment is beautifully furnished with 2 double bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms and 1 twin bedded room with portable cot, and a further family bathroom. Fully air conditioned. A fully fitted large kitchen with seating for 6, new electric oven, new hob, and new fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A very large lounge/dining room. SKY TV( Subject to Sky availability in Spain) New 46' flat screen TV and DVD player plus wall mounted TV in Master Bedroom. There are 2 terraces, one of which is approx 30ft width x 12ft depth; the other looks at the golf course. The position of both terraces allow the sun to be enjoyed all day long.

JULY & AUGUST: Due to Prime dates July & August are only available for a minimum period of 14 days

There are many fine golf courses around, us with Miraflores Golf course behind us DISCOUNTED GOLF AVAILABLE, Mijas has two excellent courses near by. The Beach is approx 1 and a half kilometers away with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.There are many cafe's that

Notes

  • A refundable security deposit of £300 will be required two weeks prior to departure. This is to cover any damage or missing items. There is a security deposit for the keys & electric gate remote of £30 Your security deposits will be refunded to you in full after your vacation assuming these conditions are met.
  • To secure a booking please request a booking form, and when completed post together with a deposit of £200 per week to secure booking. This deposit is non refundable, The balance of the holiday rental payment is due eight weeks prior to departure. Late bookings will require an immediate full payment. This must be paid in full or the booking will be considered cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
    There is a leaving cleaning charge based on 2 - 4 - 6 people
  • FORCE MAJEURE The applicants accept full responsibility for making travel arrangements to ensure there occupation of the property for the period reserved. No responsibility or liability is accepted in respect of loss or damage/ alteration to dates caused by eg.flight delays or cancellations /weather conditions /industrial disputes /terrorist activities etc. WE do not accept responsibility or liability for any accidents /injury/illness or damage to any person or property that is sustained during the rental period.
    In particular children must be supervised at all times especially in the pool area. WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENTS THAT MAY HAPPEN DURING YOUR STAY IN OR AROUND OUR APARTMENT.
    We are not accountable for any power or water failures that should occur during your stay. Please be aware that these do happen from time to time in Spain.

Luxurious and Spacious - Highly Recommended

A very well appointed and spacious apartment with a very large balcony for outside dining and relaxing. The apartment is within a gated community with private parking, and has a very nice shared pool and cafe bar area, which is not too crowded (no fights for a sunbed!).
It is situated a short drive from the coast and the town centre, where you will find plenty of places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay, and have no hestitation in recommending this to others.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

A luxury family friendly apartment

We spent a memorable 3 week holiday in Las Olas July/August 2010. The apartment is very spacious with the lounge and two of the main bedrooms opening onto a very large patio. This patio is ideal for relaxing and our three children aged 9,7 and 4 years had plenty of room to play. The apartment has all the facilities that is needed to cater for a family with children ( a lot of child friendly extras in the kitchen plastic plates, cups etc!!!). There is Wifi access available and the owners kindly left some DVDs which can be viewed on the widescreen TV. The complex is very safe and the short walk to the gorgeous pool is via beautiful landscaped gardens. The pool is big and the kiddies pool is an added bonus. The pool side bar/restaurant serves lunch and plenty of ice cream . A car is essential but there are many bars, restaurants and excellent beaches 10 mins drive away.All in all we had a great holiday and would love to make a return visit one day .

Great Holiday Apartment

Las Olas is a lovely complex of apartments and gardens. Located in a gated complex and having the benefit of parking and lift access makes it easy to move around. The pool and bar area are ideal for days where you do not want to travel. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with air condition for use in summer months along with large balcony for outdoor eating and relaxing. There are many restaurants and bars nearby - 15 minute walk or short drive by car.
The apartment is situated in an ideal location in Mijas Costa giving access (by car) to local beaches and locations further afield. We had a lovely summer holiday and would recommend the apartment for future guests.
