Edificio Ronda - Superb Beachfront Apt. magnificent views - all day sunshine.

We have been successfully letting our properties since 2003 & have many regular visitors. Edificio Ronda 1 & 2 will be known to many of you. The whole complex is very well established. The gardens are maintained to a high standard. The pool is always in tip top condition. Ideal Location - situated on the beachfront, simply walk through the garden gate onto the promenade & everything you need is just a short walk away - we even have a mini market in the basement! The apartment is well maintained is AIR CONDITIONED and has Wi-Fi available. It is very popular with all age groups.

Being on the sixth floor, there are breathtaking views of the surrounding area from all windows. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (2m long) & has access directly onto the terrace facing the Mediterranean Sea. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds & is large enough to accept a third single if required. Further sleeping accommodation is provided by a quality sofa bed that quickly converts into two singles. The main bathroom has a bath & shower, the second has a walk in shower, both have modern decor & heated towel rails. The kitchen is fully fitted & equipped with all the usual electrical appliances. The lounge-diner is furnished with modern furniture. 2 lifts serve the apartment.

Car parking for those who require it - although with everything this close A CAR IS NOT REQUIRED. Two lifts serve the apartment.

Also available recommendations/help with bookings for Hire cars, excursions and Tee Times.

i have seen many apartments in my 21 years of living on the Costa del Sol but I have yet to find another with such fabulous panoramic views while being so close to the beach.

We are frequent visitors to Los Boliches but first time to this apartment - hopefully not the last. The view is fantastic - even from the kitchen sink! We had a wonderful holiday and would certainly recommend this apartment to friends and relatives. Hope to be back before too long.

Beautiful apartment, stunning views, owners were very accomodating. As a wheelchair user I did struggle with showering as the main one was over a bath and shower cubicle in WC was very small. Lifts were just doable for a 16 inch standard manual wheelchair. Would definately recommend this apartment to groups of friends, family parties or anyone with a disability who isn't 100% reliant on a wheelchair.

The apartment itself far exceeds the photographs

A group of 7 girls have just returned from a 9 night break in los boliches. The apartment in which we booked(accomodating 6/7 people) was better than we could have expected. We all feel that the apartment itself far exceeds any photographs available for it and was extremely clean and full of all essential items required. The location is ideal for travelling to different areas, with close rail links, aswell as very easy(and cheap!) rail links to and from the airport. A big thank you to jackie for all her help and being so curtious. We would all be very happy to return again! Oh and the Wessex restaurant serves amazing food with great staff:)!!

Just back from 10 days at the Apartment Ronda 6E. We had a fabulous holiday, the apartment was second to none for facilities, views and location. We would certainly recommend to anyone from families to couples. A special thank you to Jackie for her quick response and help when we locked ourself out and making us so welcome. Certainly look forward to booking this apartment again in the future.

of us have just returned from los boliches staying at the ronda 2, fabulous apartment with everything you could want in it. excellent service from jackie hay.we got the train from malaga airport which saved us pounds and cost 2 euros 20 each to get to los boliches and a short walk got us to the apartment.we were on the 6th floor which was lovely .we didnt use a taxi at any time as the bus and train service is brilliant and cheap. lovely places to eat the "bayside diner" lovely food and they couldnt do enough for you highly reccomended.will be going back there soon.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
