Designer furnished, tasteful and luxurious penthouse apartment with marble flooring throughout, situated beside a quiet beach side conservation area with sea and mountain views. This property is a haven for peaceful relaxation, located in a quiet residential area less than 5 minutes walk from the beach over unspoilt dune-land, filled with wild flowers in the Spring. The tranquil property enjoys 2 sun terraces. The large terrace is totally private for sun bathing and alfresco eating with the sound of birdsong from the adjoining eucalyptus trees, or barbeque and dine under the stars. (Youtube - Las Dunas Terrace). The main bedroom terrace is perfectly positioned for sipping champagne whilst watching the sunset over the distant mountains. Colourful landscaped gardens with large community pool. Numerous beach bars and restaurants within strolling distance. Ideal base to explore Marbella, Gibraltar, Seville, Granada etc. Many golf courses nearby with numerous other leisure activities. WIFI. Memory foam mattresses.

Further location details: Only 40 minutes by car from Malaga airport, the property is in a quiet residential neighbourhood adjoining a conservation area of dunes, eucalyptus trees and pine woods bordering a long beach. Within easy walking distance in one direction are the beach and pretty port of Cabopino with several restaurants and bars. In the other direction are several beach restaurants. Nearby are other facilities including supermarkets, chemists, golf courses and hotels. The famous Don Carlos hotel is 5 minutes by car. A very large choice of restaurants lie within driving distance as do the fashionable shops and malls of Marbella, some 15 minutes by car. For those eeking night life, plenty is available within Marbella and its surroundings. Good skiing exists (in season) in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Granada, within 2 hours drive away. Gibraltar is easily accessible. A good touring base for this interesting and historic part of Spain or for trips to North Africa.

Additional information : The penthouse apartment is furnished to a high standard with marble floors throughout. Because of its proximity to the beach, there is often a pleasant breeze providing a light and airy feel. Air conditioning is provided with in-built heating for any cooler evenings out of season. Enjoyed apartment in the sun

Just a quick message before going home to let you know how much we have enjoyed your apartment in the sun! We have been extremely lucky with the weather- no rain for the fortnight - wonderful! We've made full use of the great terrace, for breakfast and BBQs at night. Lorraine was very helpful both when we arrived and with a minor problem (the electric gate wasn't working one day but was fixed the next- we just walked up to El Rancho for dinner) The welcome pack was great especially the Cava!
