Marbella Centre Just 10 mins walk from Orange Square, 3 pools & gardens

Fantastic views from this luxurious, privately owned newly renovated and beautifully presented SKOL front line corner apartment . Complete with two large balconies so you can enjoy the sun all day. With two full size pools and super gardens opening directly onto the promenade and beach this is one of the best locations in Marbella. A short stroll will bring you to the Old Town and Orange Square. We are surrounded by restaurants and bars making this is the ideal holiday apartment for the discerning traveller. Sorry no children under 12 years.

Well appointed and beautifully furnished it has Air con, SKY TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, etc, we hope we have provided everything you will need but please do let us know if you have any special requirements we will do our best to oblige you.

We provide linen and towels, etc, but ask that you bring your own beach towels.

Come and enjoy the fabulous Marbella life: lazy sunny days, shopping, boat trips to Puerto Banus etc..

A guests description says it all !

'This is one of the most sought after locations, on the beach front yet within a stroll of the Old Town, Orange Square, etc. In a quiet area with a Park and a selection of wonderful restaurants friendly bars you will be spoilt for choice.

The complex is right beside the sea and, while the beach can be busy, inside the sub tropical garden in Skol beside the adults only pool it was another world - so peaceful! There were plenty of people there on sun loungers reading, tanning etc. but it was quiet - no problem with having a nap!

Heading outside the garden gate brings you directly on to the promenade (its all that separates Skol from the sea) the restaurant and bar choices are endless. The old town is a leisurely stroll away and gives even more choices. Note: a car is in not necessary in fact it would be a hinderance really as parking spots seem to be like gold dust in Marbella. There's a ferry to Puerto Banus from Marbella marina (you can see it from the garden gate) and also the local bus service brings you up and down the coast if you want to go to see some of the other towns'

  • We are private owners committed to providing excellent service. We have properties in Mojacar and Marbella Spain, we also have properties in Ireland, which are Registered with and Approved by the official Tourist Board.
    Guest satisfacion is of paramount importance to us and our large number of repeat bookings are due to our ongoing investment and commitment to providing extremely well presented, thouroughly clean, well equipped properties.
    To reserve the apartment we require a deposit of just 50% of the rental , the balance is not then due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payments accepted in Sterling or Euro and can be made by Cheque or Bank transfer we are also authorised to accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards. so it really does just depend on whichever is most convenient for you.
    Our rates include Taxes, utilities, final clean, linen and towels.

    PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A € 65.00 ADDITION CHARGE FOR BANK HOLIDAYS
  • To facilitate a thorough cleaning between guests and ensure that the apartment is fresh and very well presented for new arrivals we are sorry that we are not available for occupancy until after 3pm and we ask that it should be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
    However whenever possible we will to our best to facilitate guests with early or late flights. Even if only to leave your luggage.

Absolutely first class apartment. Within short walk to many excellent restaurants and the Old Town & Orange Square. Owner great to deal with, nothing too much trouble.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment during a very wet and windy week! However this did not spoil our holiday as the apartment was so comfortable and had the most amazing views. When the balcony doors were open we could listen to the waves lapping the beach and we could watch the little fishing boats out at sea in very rough conditions. The location of the apartment is great (don't be put off by the exterior of the block), with nice restaurants and cafes within a very short walk and the pub within staggering distance!! The old town is less than 10 minutes from the apartment. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and hope to return again in the near future.

Superb apartment - stayed 14-20th October 2012

Having stayed at the Skol many times, this is by far the best apartment we have rented. The apartment is bright, very clean and very well appointed - the balconies have unprecedented views. While the bedroom is small, it is adequate since there is ample storage/wardrobe space within the hall area.
From a previous review, we note the comments on the BBQ smells - these were not noticeable indoors, only from the balcony as you might expect from a beach front location. In fact the smell was so good we enjoyed lunch at Reds on the beach!
Irvena's info book clearly stated that hot water may take time to come through. This was the case on some occasions but it was never restricted.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we look forward to returning to the apartment and can thoroughly recommend it.
