Modern apartment with sea views, minutes from the beach and Marina

Marina Bay is a highly prestigious apartment complex overlooking and with direct access to the child friendly Cristo Beach. The apartment has a large South facing balcony overlooking the beach benefiting from all day sun and providing breathtaking views of the sea, Gibraltar, North Africa and the coastal sunsets. It is extremely spacious and has recently been refurnished throughout to an exceedingly high standard (rated 5 star by previous guests). The apartment is extremely well equipped & has a fully fitted kitchen with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine/dryer & dish-washer. Air conditioning, sun screens and ceiling fans are fitted to keep you cool even on the hottest days and heating for winter stays is also provided at no extra cost. Estepona Marina with its traditional tapas bars and restaurants is only a 10 minute walk away and the lovely white walled town is also on the doorstep. A truly wonderful apartment in a wonderful location!

Gibraltar: Only 35 minutes drive from Estepona (and on the local bus route), Gibraltar is a sunny VAT-free haven where you can find duty free bargains from electronic equipment & jewellery to leather & perfumes & haggling is encouraged! Make sure you don't miss the spectacular natural caverns of St. Michael's Caves or visit the Ape's Den, home to some of Gibraltar's famous Barbary Apes, the only free-to-roam primates in Europe. Watch out for monkey business as they can be mischievous and have been known to pick the occasional pocket looking for treats. The Dlophin Trip from the Marina is an excellent day out and very rarely are dolphins not seen.

Puerto Banus & Laguna Village: Puerto Banus is only 20 minutes drive away. It has a large number of designer stores including Versace and Armani. Perfect for millionaire spotting and you may also see a famous face or two in the marina as a number of Hollywood stars have summer homes there.

Laguna Village is a stunning high class shopping experience just 10 minutes drive away. Whether spending an extravagant day at the beach club, shopping in the designer stores or spending time in the luxurious bars and restaurants then Laguna Village is the ideal place.

Selwo Safari Park : Only 20 minutes drive away and on the public transport route, Selwo is ideal for the perfect family day out. The park is based on an African safari park and houses 2000 animals from giraffes to panthers in semi-wild conditions. Like Jurassic Park, large open sided lorries drive you through the various animal enclosures and up into the hills above Estepona. There are elephants, bears, hippos and so much more to see. In the summer, cover up as it can get very hot and there is not much shelter.

We have been holidaying in Estepona since 1992 and in 2009 we were lucky enough to be able to leave Manchester and move to Spain. We have been letting guests stay in our apartments for over 10 years and like to think that we now know how to make our guests holidays a special experience; from the simple booking process, to providing detailed directions to the apartment, to the standard of the 'finish' of the apartments and the quality of the complementary welcome pack that we provide. It sounds easy but getting the little details just right is often the making of a stress free holiday.

This apartment is ideally situated a short walk from both the Marina (250m) and the lovely Cristo Beach (50m). It is furnished in a modern but still comfortable style and is equipped to a high standard. With air-conditioning (and winter heating), two pools and a stunning, spacious beach-facing balcony, you would struggle to find a better place to stay in Estepona.

Marina Bay is an easy five minute walk from the heart of Estepona's thriving marina and is ideally situated directly overlooking Cristo Beach which is a delightful oyster-shaped cove of sheltered, gently shelving sand making it ideal for children. The beach has been awarded EC Blue Flag status and in high season is manned by lifeguards. It also has well maintained toilet and shower facilities and a choice of two beach restaurants with a true Spanish feel. Within 5 minutes walk you will find several supermarkets and shops. Estepona Town is typically Spanish and has retained all of it's 'pueblo' charm even though it is a well established tourist destination. It has pleasantly managed to avoid a 'night club' culture but does have a wide variety of restaurants & cafe bars to chose from. Estepona, due to its natural environment, surrounded by the surrounded by the sea and Sierra Bermeja mountains, enjoys a micro climate providing over 325 days of sunshine per year and lovely mild winters!

    PAYMENT TERMS: To secure a booking a non returnable deposit of £100 (or 100 euro's) per full or part week is required. This reduces the balance detailed in the table above by 100 euro's. The balance in euro's is payable upon arrival together with a security deposit of 200 euro's (or £200) which is returned less the cost of any breakages or damage upon departure.

    There are no additional charges whatsoever as the price includes all cleaning, heating, electricity, air conditioning, etc.
  • WINTER DISCOUNTS: From 1st November to 31st March the following discounts apply:

    - 2 week bookings are discounted by 15%
    - 3 week bookings are discounted by 20%
    - 4 week bookings are discounted by 30%

    There are no additional charges made for Christmas or New Year and no hidden charges for cleaning, heating, electricity, air-conditioning, etc.

Fantastic apartment

We had a wonderful week in Estepona. The apartment was the best self-catering accommodation we have stayed in. It was so much bigger than most 2 bedroomed apartments so that we could all have our own space. It was really well equipped (no need to buy oil, salt, sugar or other basics - they were all provided) and comfortably furnished - more like a home than a holiday let. The view from the balcony was superb. We didn't bother going out most evenings, just sat on the balcony watching the sun set over the sea. The location is also excellent - just 2 minutes walk from the lovely Cristo beach in one direction and the marina in the other. It's also a short walk beside the beach to the town. Our 5 and 8 year olds managed it easily (especially with plenty of playgrounds and gym equipment to use along the way!). The nearest supermarket was also within walking distance. We were also pleased that we could take our children to visit Ronda in less than an hour. We think that it is one of the most fascinating towns in Spain, and well worth a visit. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at this apartment to anyone wishing to visit this area. Thanks, Andy!

Andy the owner was very helpful when we had to change our holiday we had another apartment from him but could not go on dates had this apertment last year and it was excellent then it was like home weather was not very good at the end of the week Sue was very helpful again I would reccommend it anyone we had some nice meals at Petit Paris which is just outside

beautiful, lovely apartment with spectaculous view from the balcony ! The appartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Supermarket and a lot of excellent bars can be reached by foot in few minutes.
The beach is very clean and nice.
We never did regret to book this apartment and can recommend it 100 % !
We all felt very very good and loved our stay in Estepona.

Marina Bay Apartment

Stayed for a week at start of September 2012 - apartment was as described - obviously recently updated and in excellent order. Had we all we needed and was particularly spacious - enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down. Didn't use the kitchen facilities an awful lot as dined out each evening but well equipped and I would feel very good for longer stays.

We did have a delay in getting into the property on arrival - however this was due to a cleaning delay due to the fires in the Marbella area causing the "cleaning team" to run a bit late.

Andy does provide an excellent service - both before and after our holiday and certainly nobody need have any concerns - he's well up in our top ranked private renters.

This was our first holiday in Estepona, although had visited in the past, and will not be our last. You have the options of dining in the more touristy port area, which had a great selection of restaurants, or in the town, which is probably a bit more Spanish. There is also the Le Petit Paris in the Marina Bay complex, a restaurant we would strongly recommend.

We will be back!

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was as described on the website, very clean, fantastic views, all the amentities you could want. Had good weather apart from a couple of days, all amenities close by, restaurant was excellent, visited Puerto Banus - lovely place to visit, massive shopping centre. Estepona town lovely and clean. Met by Sue who was very welcoming and lovely all throughout our trip, overall a fantastic place to stay and would recommend to friends and family. Look forward to returning in the near future.
