SOTOGRANDE: Penthouse, Paseo del Mar, Sotogrande, San Roque, Spain. Beautiful penthouse flat in Sotogrande estate, surrounded by secluded trellised garden and within 100 yards of the beach and Mediterranean sea. Sotogrande port on the left and view of the North African coast and Rock of Gibraltar can be seen. Good Spanish/Moroccan/Argentinean food in the small fishing village of Torreguardiaro and surrounding areas is ready available. Sotogrande/Almenara/La Canada and San Roque are some of the 8 golf courses immediately at hand. Polo/riding/fishing/sailing and wonderful walks are also right on your doorstep. One hour from Malaga and only 25 mins from Gibraltar airport . The penthouse has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms one ensuite, large lounge/dining room, large terrace, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, heating, air-conditioning and TV. Maid service available. Estate security.

Sotogrande.: Sotogrande estate comprises, besides three golf courses with villas in the surrounding areas; the beach area where the penthouse is situated. From the penthouse a stroll though the landscape gardens brings one directly to the sea. The Penthouse has a large lounge area with sliding glass windows onto a very spacious relaxing terrace which directly overlooks the sea. The main bedroom with ensuite bathroom are both large and airy. The second bedroom has two single beds and its own bathroom. The large fully equipped kitchen has an outside attached area for washing and drying. For the winter months it is centrally heated with an open fireplace.

Golf.: The penthouse is situated in the ideal position to visit the many premier golf courses in this area. Sotogrande, Valderrama, San Roque, Alcaiasa, La Canada and Almenara. All along this coast line are many more courses.

Skiing.: Just 2 to 3 hours away the Sierra Nevadas offer world class skiing.
