This ground floor holiday apartment is set in an exclusive secure well-kept complex, surrounded by exceptionally pretty landscaped gardens with a large tiled swimming pool with exterior showers, a short walk to a lovely sandy beach, commercial centre and local amenities and 5 minutes drive to nearest golf course. This comfortable spacious accommodation has been newly furnished throughout and it offers 3 bedrooms all with A/C and ceiling fans, one double and two twin bedrooms with ample wardrobe space plus travel cot. It has a fully fitted bathroom with bath/shower, WC, bidet and basin and a further cloakroom with toilet and sink. A newly equipped kitchen with modern facilities, a washing machine, (all appliances are electrical). Lounge/diner with feature fireplace, LCD T.V (English Satellite Channels), DVD player, CD player, safe & exit to the front terrace with patio furniture and sun beds, overlooking the swimming pool and fantastic views of the Sierra Cabrera mountain.

Long Term Lets: This property is available for long term winter lets at a very competitive price (October To April). Mojacar Playa enjoys around 300 days of sunshine a year and offers a wide range of activities including many golf courses with scenic views of the sea and mountains.

GOLF INFORMATION:

1. DESERT SPRINGS 'The Indiana' is an 18 hole, par 72 course of 6,173 meters designed by Peter McEvoy, the successful Walker Cup captain. Situated about 15/20 minutes from Mojacar Playa.

2. MARINA GOLF An 18 hole, par 72 golf course of 5,464 meters o¬n Mojacar Playa. The course combines flat fairways adjacent to the sea, 3 lakes which come into play and undulating terrain o¬n the mountainside with the most spectacular 3rd hole.

3. VALLE DEL ESTE Is an 18 hole, par 71 golf course of 5,696 meters about 10/15 minutes from Mojacar opened July 2002 that utilises the desert landscape to its maximum beauty.

Mojacar is a beautiful beach resort located in the picturesque and Moorish province of Almeria (Andalusia) in the southeast of Spain. We went to this property peak time first two weeks of summer holidays. This property is very comfortable and is spacious with very pleasant gardens and surroundings. It has a lovely balcony/verander on which six people can sit. Our children ages 9 and 12 loved the pool and it is safe and secure within the complex so it was safe for them to go to the pool whilst we stayed in apartment. it is nice and quiet and relaxing. The restaurants and shops are not far and are very reasonable to eat in the beach also is not far. It is easy to use the local bus to go further down the coast or up to the mojacar pueblo. Although we didn't hire a car I think we would if we went again but the cost of car hire is expensive and so is the fares from the airport. The only problem that we found with the apartment is that it is quite a steep walk upto the apartment which my parents struggled with. Apart from that it was great.

We are a party of 5 regular visitors to Mojacar who decided to find a different apartment to our usual stay. El Campomar didn't disappoint us in any way. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, the layout was suitable for a party of our size and simply but comfortably furnished, with a brand new kitchen. The complex is extremely secure, very clean, tidy and well maintained and the apartment had everything we needed. A peaceful location but car hire is essential in our view because it is uphill from the beach, but only a 2 minute drive to the best supermarkets and shops in Mojacar Playa. The children loved the pool and the apartment is close enough to the pool to let them go on their own, but far enough away for people with younger children not to worry. We would highly recommend it to anyone and we can't wait to return next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our family holiday two adults and three children was great. The ground floor wasd ideal with no stairs except a couple at the entrance to worry about and plenty of room for the children. The pool was big enough for the number of people there and within easy reach of the centre of the resort and beaches.
