This 2 bedroomed Penthouse apartment is in a prime position on Mojacar Playa. Just 4 minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. There are stunning views of the sea & mountains from both the lower terrace and the large private solarium, which overlooks the swimming pool. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard with air con , ceiling fans, TV and DVD . The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a basement parking space and lift to the apartment. There are 4 golf courses within 15 minutes drive, and horse riding and diving schools nearby. The apartment is available to rent from May to January.

Golf: There are 4 golf courses within 15 minutes drive. Marina golf course is situated between Mojacar Playa and Garrucha and is the closest at approx 5 minutes drive. Cortijo Grande golf course is situated approx 2 miles inland of the town of Turre . This course has fantastic scenery as it is set below the cabrerra mountains, but the course is more for fun golfers than those more serious. For the more serious the Valle de Este course near Vera would be more suitable and also the desert springs golf course near Cueves de Almanzora.

The owners as non smokers themselves would ask all guests if they could please refrain from smoking inside the apartment but confine there smoking to the outside terraces. This would be much appreciated.

We were very pleased to find this modern, clean, and comfortable accommodation exactly as described. The owners Ken and Geraldine were extremely helpful in providing all the information we required for our stay and provided very good customer service. The solarium is a real plus with this apartment; having plenty of room and with sun beds in very good condition. Having holidayed in Mojacar Playa for many years the location of this accommodation was ideal being close to all the facilities needed for a quiet and peaceful break.
Owner's Response: We are always pleased when we receive complimentary comments and with the knowledge that are guests have enjoyed their stay in our apartment.

Great apartment in a great location

This is a fantastic apartment with everthing you will need for your stay, it also has great views of the sea and mountains. There is a ten minute steep walk up from the beach and the many good restaurants in Mojacar Playa, we walked this every evening but if you wish to drive there is lots of parking along on the sea front.
Andy, the guy who lives next door looks after the apartment for the owners and is very helpful without being intrusive.
All in all we would thoroughly recomend the apartment and location.
Owner's Response: It is only 4 minutes walk down to the beach, but with the hill it does take 10 minutes to walk back up.
My partner and i are both pension age, but we manage the hill quite easily so we try not to use the car as much as possible.

Lovely and peaceful

This place is really nice, drinks and meals on the little terrace, just outside the lounge was just what the doctor ordered!!! The roof terrace was great too, perfect for sunbathing!! I do feel the 'hill' deserves a mention though, to get down to the lovely promenade, anyone with walking difficulties, would probably have to drive down, but; although it's a bit steep, it's so worth it, because you really get the beautiful views and more importantly, the peace and quiet. A very nicely equipped apartment too. Lots of good supermarkets around and some good pubs and brill restaurants, try the Bay Bistro, absolutely brill. We would most definately come back here.
Owner's Response: The hill is quite steep but having said that we are both pensioners and manage the hill quite easily so we try not to use our car unless we have a lot to carry.

Dream Holiday

We went to this apartment just a few weeks ago now and can honestly say the photos do not do it justice, it is a lovely apartment with breathtaking views. The neighbours (especially Andy) were friendly and willing to help with any queries( directions/recommendations), the pool was clean and very well maintained, the solarium was an amazing extra where we spent a lot of time and had breakfast every morning. The town of Mojacar is quiet and peaceful in the day and vibrate in the evening, with many nice restaurants ( such as Bellavista). Our little 20 month old loved it here and it is perfectly safe considering the height. There are nice beaches within 5-10 minute walk, which weren't too busy so this was nice.
It is the best holiday we have been on and would definitely come again!

A Small piece of paradise..........

We can honestly say this is the best private hire property we have stayed in, 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, facilities, friendly owners and location.
Having the secure private parking bay was a bonus and the roof top sun terrace was amazing, found ourselves sleeping up there on a couple of nights !!
The pool area was well kept and the pool was immaculate - most days it was like having our own private pool.
Within walking distance of so many good bars & restaurants, altho we did cheat a little and leave the car at the bottom of Jesus di Percival at night !
Thanks to Andy for his helpfulness and information, many thanks to Ken & Geraldine for allowing us to share their glorious home , all the very best Lee & Louise from Standish x
