Nestling in pine forest hills is this impressive recently built masia designed villa, from the first floor terrace and windows there are stunning panoramic views across rolling countryside. Internally the house is tastefully furnished in a modern style with light and attractive decor. Surrounded by trees is the heated pool and gardens with brick built bar-b-que and patio area. The villa makes an ideal retreat from which to explore the many attractions in this lovely corner of Spain. S'Agaro beach is a 20 minute drive and the medieval town of Calonge where all amenities can be found is a short 10 minutes drive away and walkers will enjoy the network of well marked trails nearby. There are two 18 hole golf courses within a 20km radius and during the summer months local restaurants are just 1km away.
