Moraira is a beautiful fishing town nestling at the tip of the Cap d'Or peninsular. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains, and a beautiful coastline, it has an abundance of restaurants and bars to suit all budgets and all tastes.
Within 20 minutes drive of Moraira you can find yourself in either one of the coastal towns of Javea or Calpe, each very different in character, yet both boasting a fishing port, an old historic centre, and, like Moraira, beautiful blue-flag beaches.
A 20 minute drive inland, however, will place you in the Jalon Valley, renowned for vineyards, orange orchards and almond groves.
Although a world away, Benidorm is only half an hour away by motorway. Here you can savour the night-life, bars, restaurants and shops - not to mention one of 4 theme parks.
A 20 minute drive inland from Benidorm takes you to the famous medieval mountain fortress of Guadalest.
