This spacious 4 bedroom property is situated on the hillside in Calpe, directly off the N332. Sleeps 10/11 (cot and high chair available). More photographs are available upon request. Welcome pack on arrival.

The property is comfortably furnished with certain rooms opening to extensive patios, terraces and private pool (8x4m),sunbeds, outdoor dining area and barbecue.

Spacious lounge has 3 large sofas, CTV, DVD, Hi-Fi Unit, books, games etc...dining area seats 8, ceiling fans in all rooms. (air con/heating is an optional extra).

Three beaches all within 10 min. drive. Supermarket within a 5 minute drive and many bars and restaurants in the main town of Calpe, also a 5 min. drive.

Terra Mitica theme park, along with Sea World and Aqualandia water park are approx 25 min. drive away. Benidorms night-life within 25 min. drive or if you prefer to get away from it all then just relax by the pool.

Nearest Beach : beach at 2 Kilometres

The property sits approx 150m high on a hillside, directly off the the N332, in the town of Calpe in the Costa Blanca between Altea and Javea, with stunning views of Calpe town & rock. Approx 2kms from 3 beaches and Calpe town. Approx 1hr 15 min. from Valencia Airport, 40 min. from Alicante, 25 min. from Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park, Sea World, Benidorm and Javea. Calpe sits in an ideal location, easily accessed by the A7 motorway and the N332 that runs from Valencia to Alicante. Calpe is dominated by the towering rock of Ifach which reaches to an impressive 332m and is now a nature reserve. The summit of the rock is reached by means of a tunnel through the rock. From here, magnificent panoramic views can be had. On a clear day, the island of Ibiza is visible. Calpe has three of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca coast.

I went to Calpe with my family last Easter Week. We had a very good time although the weather was not so good. We were a group of 8 plus our puppie, and we all found the house fantastic. The pool is wonderfull and the rooms are quite comfortable. Amanda is someone really nice to talk with, and she really cares about everything.

At Calpe, you must climb Ifach crag and have its very nice views. After that, you should have a good lunch made of shellfish at the port (the price is quite good).

We went by car, and I really recommend to meet with Gary (the caretaker) at the village as it's not a easy place to find.

We hope to come back again. Thanks for everything.

our family of 9 had a fabulous week at the villa!
The villa was well equipped and catered for everyone from my children to my parents! Plenty of room in villa pics don't do justice.pool very good.all of property well maintained and clean.
The location of the villa was excellent close to all supermarkets,beach,bars etc
I would recommend amanda,s places to visit on welcome pack markets,mountains,fiesta season! Car needed but worth it!
This was our first time all my family travelled abroad none of us wanted to come home! Loved it!

Stayed here in August and already thinking about next year. Gary and Diane were very helpful and very friendly. Villa was perfect, couldnt fault it in any way, and view was outstanding. Kids loved the pool and were able to occupy themselves. Highly recommended

We've been renting this wonderfull vila for 8-10 days last year,june, and it was absolutelly fantastic,it was a million times better than i actually thout is gona be.A very large vila,sleep up tp 10 people,incredible cheap and everything was worth it!
Located close to the beach,5 min by car,very good facilities,lots of restaurants,good food and very cheap.
The owner of the vila was very welcome and friendly.
I would absolutelly reconmmend this to a friend and to everyone.Me and my friends are planning anoother fantastic holiday,same place and i can't wait to go there again.
