EXCELLENT APARTMENT IN A VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION

This excellent ground floor apartment is located within a 50 minute drive from either Murcia or Alicante airports and is just a 2 minute drive, or 15 minute walk, from the Villamartin Plaza where there are several good restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets together with banking facilities and a pharmacy.. There is also a small supermarket where daily provisions are always available. The aparatment is spacious and has all the facilities required for complete self catering if preferred. It has a really nice balcony/patio area that overlooks a well kept quiet communal garden area. The communal pool is next to the apartment block and is a nice area to relax in. The area where the apartment is situated is safe and clean and ample free parking facilties are available next to the aprtment block itself. The beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig are just a 10 minute drive away where there are good facilties for all age groups and the city of Torrevieja is approximately half an hour away by car, or for a slightly longer journey, the cities of Murcia and Cartagena are easily reached by good roads which are well signposted.
I have no hesitations in recommend ing this property to anyone who is looking for a a nice place to stay without having to travel too far to restuarants and activities in the area of this part of Spain.
