• PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SUMMARY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY
  
  1. Occupancy - A Maximum of SIX people are allowed in any one booking and occupancy is based on a weekly basis. SAVE ££'s DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ALL BOOKINGS IN EXCESS OF FOUR WEEKS. Long term rentals during low season from £95 per week.
  2. Damage & Breakages - A refundable deposit of £200 will be payable 2 weeks before arrival. Following satisfactory departure inspection the deposit will usually be returned within 7 working days.
  3. Payment - A deposit of £99 will be payable at the time of booking. Full and final payment will be due 8 weeks before arrival. The following cancellation charges will apply: 8 - 6 weeks - 50%; 6 - 4 weeks - 75% Under 4 weeks - 100%.
  4. Payment Method & Currency - We will only accept UK Sterling and Euros in cash, cheques or bank transfer. All Bank charges incurred are the responsibility of the client. We accept PAYPAL however charges are at the expense of the client (c 3.4% + £0.
• 5. Arrival - The apartment will normally be available from 2pm on the day of arrival however it may be possible to arrive earlier by prior arrangement
  6. The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure however subject to availability it may be possible to extend this time and the owners reserve the right to charge for this facility. We are not able to store luggage once the apartment has been vacated.
  7. Cleaning and Laundry - Clients are expected to leave the apartment clean & tidy. The terrace, kitchen (inc cooker) should be left clean. Cooking utensils, pots & pans should be cleaned, washed and put away. A post departure cleaning and laundry/changeover charge of £46 (based on 1 to 4 person occupancy. 4 - 6 Person occupancy = £55) will apply to all bookings. This will be payable with returnable breakage deposit two weeks before outbound departure/arrival in Spain.
  8. Air conditioning - Air conditioning is available (subject to a surcharge) between Jun & Sep.

  Client profile - We do not permit rentals to groups of youths under the age of 25. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the terrace. Elderly and infirm clients are welcome. DISCLAIMER: The owners will not be liable for any loss or damage to persons, articles or possessions in or around the apartment, its gardens or swimming pool during the client’s occupation. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL CLIENTS CARRY THE APPROPRIATE TRAVEL INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND OCCUPANCY.
