Spectacular Cape Town Villa With Stunning Sea Views

We had an excellent and very relaxing time at the villa. The location is very good and the view from the house is spectacular.
The villa is fully equipped with all whats necessary including the kitchen tools for self accommodation
The Plunge pool ist perfect to drink a bottle of wine in the sunny late afternoon and have your feed in the water.

Plunge pool is very small and would be good if it was cleaned/filed prior to guest arrivals. There was a water shortage in the area when we visited, so we could not make use of it.

We had a party of six, 2 couples and 2 singles. Everyone was totally satisfied with this villa and with their bedrooms, nobody felt like they had gotten the bad end of the deal, although of course the master bedroom is quite a bit larger than the other bedrooms and has a great view. Having four bedrooms was one of the reasons we chose this place (didn't want the 2 singles to have to share a room). The beds and linens were very comfy and especially nice.

The view was spectacular, the home was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space, room for every one to sit in the living room, at the table and out on the deck, so we could all hang out together if we wanted, or scattered throughout if we wanted to read or whatever.

The kitchen was well furnished with plenty of dishware, cutlery, etc. as well as all necessary small appliances.

The villa is very convenient to everything, you can easily walk to the Camps Bay town area (where there are many fabulous restaurants, we at at Tuscany Beach Restaurant a couple of times the food was great and I had a very nice lunch at Blues Restaurant) and the beach. Food and drink is very reasonably priced in South Africa.

We also went on a Stellenbosch area wine tour and had dinner at Moyo at the Spier wine estate in the Stellenbosch area. Moyo is a not to be missed experience. Be sure to make reservations early and ask for a tree house table.

From the Villa it is also easy to catch a taxi or the double decker tour bus to go into Cape Town, to Table Mountain, or any of the other Cape Town area tourist destinations.

If you like massage and/or foot reflexology treatment the Bay Skin Care Institute does a very nice job for a very reasonable price. I had a 1 hour reflexology treatment for 300 rand and an hour and 1/2 massage is 400 rand.

The Villa property manager greeted us upon our arrival (and wasn't put out that we had arrived a couple of hours late due to a late airplane) and was available by phone throughout our stay in the case of questions as well as checking us out.

We had a very pleasant stay and the villa was fantastic. We would definitely recommend it to friends. Margaret (the owner) and the property manager both provided excellent customer service.
