Holiday Villa Rental in Lisbon Coast, Private Heated Pool, near beach and Golf.

Owner's Response: The review above has some things that are not correct. Lets try to explain the facts :
1. The Jacuzzi is in use and now is used for the group that is rented the villa in the present period.
When the anterior's groups finish their holidays, we empty the Jacuzzi, in order to fill with the new and clean water. Wen the renters wish to use the Jacuzzi, we fiil the Jacuzzi with new water.(or the renters can fill the Jacuzzi, opening the water valve that is in the upper position of the Jacuzzi)
.In that new water, we place the recommended products with the presence of the guests, with the explanation the mode that the Jacuzzi works.
(All weeks, we change the water of the Jacuzzi and we make a normal cleaning and placing the indicated products, (chlorine, etc)
2. The children's pool is also working, but once we have an heated pool (10x5 m), a second pool (8x4 m) the Jacuzzi (4 people), this children's pool only works if the group ask for fill with a new water according with the age and the high of the children. Some people prefer an 0,4 m high and others 0.7 m high ( In 2 hours we fiil the pool).. Also, we have noticed that after the main pool has been heated, the children's pool is not much used. The parents prefer to stay with the children inside the main heated pool, enjoying themselves together.Also the second pool is not much used, due is not heated (anyway, in the summer has 25/26 degrees Celcius) . 3. The broken pool (snooker) was broken for the anterior group that have placed a book between the support and the the legs.
This pool table have been totally repaired in the day after the complaint, also with a new cover and now, all people are enjoying this pool.
4.. What happen in reality was that group that maid the review, have asked to me to arrive earlier to place the luggage. The anterior group have left the house near 10 AM (check-out). I have authorized the next group to arrive earlier, but only to place the luggage's and take a coffee or a meal outside, while the maids was cleaning the house and changing bed linen and towels. This group in a total of 18 people and 3 children have arrived at 11 AM and have invaded the house and all bedrooms, instead of placing the luggage in just one of the two livings or the games room, don't facilitate the cleaning of the house and the service of the maids,
