Beachfront villas such as 'Casa do Mar' are extremely rare. This villa has just been totally, and very tastefully furnished to a very high standard. Nothing can beat hearing the waves lapping on the beach ! You enter the villa on the 1st floor which contains : Entrance hall leading to lounge / dining room with digital satellite TV with BBC & ITV channels, with pateo doors leading out to a large balcony which has absolutely superb sea and beach views, and steps down to the pool terrace area. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room, and pateo doors to balcony. Downstairs to: 2 x twin bedrooms, both with pateo doors leading onto pool terrace, shower room, plus a bathroom with bath, with shower inside the bath. 2nd floor: Laundry room with washing machine, and door to Roof sun terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned in the lounge and all the bedrooms. There is a safe. WiFi INTERNET and POOL TOWELS.

SERVICE: Our property management office is 8km from the villa . They offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area.

They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices.

There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.

ACTIVITIES: *Zoomarine Park (sea life): 15min drive *Two Waterslide Parks: 10min & 20 min drive *Horse riding over the sand dunes: 10min drive *Water sports & jet ski on Albufeira Beach *Big game & Reef fishing from Albufeira marina just 5min drive *Krazy World (zoo & mini golf): 20min drive *River trips, Jeep Safaris, Sea day trips with barbecue on a secluded beach. *Excursions to local markets and other places of interest in the Algarve, to Seville and Lisbon. You can buy tickets to most of the above plus much more with a 10% discount from our local Management Office.

GOLF: The beautiful Golf course Salgados is just 10 minutes drive away.

Beachfront villas such as 'Casa do Mar' are extremely rare. This semi - detached villa has ust been totally, and very tastefully , renovated and refurbished, to a very high standard. The villa enjoys a fantastic location directly above the beach with wonderful sea views - they cannot get any better ! The beach is accessed by way of a paved footpath that leads directly to the beach bar / restaurant, which is only a 2 to 3 minute walk. There are many amenities very close including a mini market and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Albufeira town is just 2 kms, approx 30 minutes walk, but only about 15 minutes if you walk along the beach. The villa is located within a private cul de sac.

The swimming pool can be heated ( this is available as an optional extra ). The pool is surrounded by terraces with 6 quality sunbeds and a brick built BBQ, poolside shower and a pool bathroom with shower. To the side of the villa is a spacious lawned area of approx 130 M2.

  • Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. A 7th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 100 per week. Changeover day: Saturday. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
    To book : By e-mail or phone. Booking is confirmed when we receive the Booking form together with a 25% deposit. Payments can be made by cheque, transfer, debit or credit card ( there is a surcharge for card payments) Final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no damage or breakages reported by our property management office.
  • Air conditioning is included.
    Pool heating is optional for £ 165 per week
  • We also arrange car hire and airport transfers cheaper than airport prices !

Superb Villa

Superb Villa with views and sounds to totally relax
Villa is modern with new equipment TV etc. Views from all balconys and close enough to the sea to hear the relaxing sound of the tide (100m).

We loved our time at the Villa and made the most of the private outside space with good pool, relaxing chairs and even had the odd game of table tennis. Relaxing drinks in the evening on the deck will take away any of the stress you arrived with.

Great Villa

Hi, just wanted to send you a short note to say how much we enjoyed our week at Casa da Mar. The villa was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. I would certainly recommend it to others and maybe will even return some time myself. Thank you also for organising the taxis. Much appreciated as we had no waiting about to do which was great.
