5 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeps 11 + 1 WiFi and table tennis

Accommodation: Ground Floor: Spacious lounge / dining room with Satellite TV with BBC and ' free to air ' channels and music system, with 3 patio doors leading onto a large balcony, dining terrace with BBQ and lovely sea views. Fully fitted & equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Twin bedroom with patio doors to the interior patio courtyard. Shower room. Twin bedroom with en-suite WC & a mezzanine floor with sofas and mini gymnasium machine, with patio doors to terrace. First Floor: Master double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Large 'family' bedroom with 3 x single beds and en-suite shower room and patio windows to large balcony. There are baby gates fitted at both top and bottom of the staircase. There is a pleasant sitting room with bamboo furniture, under the house, facing the pool area.

The lounge / dining room and all the bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

Wifi

Service: Guests of Casa do Pateo can use the services of the reception of a nearby hotel. Also our property management office is about 7km from the villa. They offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.

This beautiful, spacious villa, enjoys a fantastic location directly above the beach with wonderful sea views. The beach is accessed from the villa, via a paved footpath that leads directly to the beach bar / restaurant, which is only a 2 to 3 minute walk. There are many amenities very close, including a mini market and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Albufeira town is just 2km, approx 30 minutes walk, but only about 15 minutes if you walk along the beach. The 'Strip' of music bars is only a 10 minute walk. The villa is located within a private cul de sac.

The swimming pool is very large at 10m x 6m with Roman steps and has a special system to keep the water clean that requires normally no, or very little chemicals to be added. Can be HEATED - this is available as an optional extra. The pool is surrounded by extensive terraces with BBQ , with a table tennis table.

Notes

  • Prices shown are for up to 11 persons.Discounts available for under occupancy (up to 8 persons) for low & mid seasons. A 12th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 100 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £20 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. Changeover day: Saturday. Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am.
    TO BOOK : by e-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed after we receive the Booking form together with a 25% deposit. The final 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £300 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no damage or breakages reported by our property management office.
    You can pay by either cheque, bank transfer, credit or debit card ( there is a surcharge for card payments)
  • Air conditioning (cooling & heating) is included.
    Pool heating is optional for £380 per week.
  • We can provide a quality car hire service, from either Faro or Lisbon airports, or have the car delivered to your villa. Or if you prefer, we can arrange airport transfers to your accommodation

Lovely Holiday

We had a really lovely holiday. The villa was lovely and quiet despite being near to hotels and apartments and was in easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants. It was well worth the extra cost for the pool heating as this meant we were in it at every available opportunity.
