Situated in the cosmopolitan Marina de Lagos everything needed to make your holiday stay a truly enjoyable one is included. With balcony views over the lovely palm gardens for those who appreciate tranquility and the bustling Marina with its fantastic restaurant and bars at your front door all needs are catered for. The Apartment has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an en suite bathroom and provides views over the play areas . The second bedroom has a double and a single bed. There is a second fully equipped bathroom. The large lounge has a formal dining area and an area to relax with two sofas wide screen TV, Many satellite channels , DVD and CD Stereo. A fully equipped kitchen with Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all mod cons is adjacent to the lounge area. The Balcony is equipped with a table chairs and loungers. Access to the Marina Club Pool is included. The Meia Praia beach is 5 to 10 minutes walk away as is the centre of the town.

Golf Courses in the Algarve: Lagos is blessed with two fine courses at Boavista and Palmares. There are however half a dozen courses within 30 minutes drive from Lagos which ensure that the widest variety of challenges from tee to green are within easy reach. The Algarve is without doubt the number 1 all year round golf location in Europe.

Situated at the beautiful Marina de Lagos, this apartment is centrally based to cater for all interests. It is only a short walk from the marina to the historic town of Lagos with its wide range of traditional bars and restaurants, shops, museums and other attractions. The Marina itself has plenty of restaurants and bars and there are also many boat and dolphin watching trips and other excursions available from here. Lagos has some of the best and most famous beaches or grotto's on the Algarve, the closest of which to the apartment is the Meia Praia, only 600m away. The apartment is close to several professional golf courses and is an ideal base for golfers wishing to play in the Algarve. The apartment is 50 minutes by car from Faro airport, 1 minute walk from the train station and only 5 minutes from the bus station. Lagos is an ideal base to explore the Algarve and beyond into Spain which is 2 hours away.

Notes

  • Please enquire for special weekend rates for golfers and weekend breaks from Nov - Apr. Long-term winter lets also available at discounted rates, electricity will be metered and charged separately. A complimentary meet and greet service at the apartment is included. Airport transfers & car hire can be arranged, details available on request.
    Changeover day is Saturday during the peak season May to Sep but other days including midweek will be considered if booking calendar allows during the peak season. At all other times changeover day is flexible. The apartment will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Any reasonable variations on these timings where other booking commitments allow will be accommodated.
    Payment accepted in Euros or Sterling. 20% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance & €150 security deposit due eight weeks on arrival. Security deposit returned on day of departure.

Fantastic Holiday

I stayed in this apartment in the summer 2011. The apartment is fantastic with two lovely big bright bedrooms, a big living room and kitchen and lots of space on the balcony which is ground floor and safe, for eating, lying out. It is easy to tell the apartment is privately owned as it has everything, dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need for cooking. It is also nice and private and quiet. The location is superb, down on the marina surrounded by loads of nice restaurants and bars. It is a very family friendly place, better than any I have stayed in. Logos is beautiful, the beach is close by and it has some very nice shopping streets too. People in Portugal are very friendly and child friendly. The pool which can be used all day is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and I was always able to get a lounger. Aside from the beautiful weather there are loads of fun activities like dolphin watching (we saw them), boat rides and other water activities. If you rent a car there are some beautiful places to see within an hour or two drive and I would highly recommend this. It was always so great to get back to the Apartment the end of the day, lots of childrens toys to keep the kids occupied, TV, music and the apartment is very cool after the hot sun. I would highly recommend this apartment, one of the best holidays I have ever had. I will definitley be going back. I give it 5 stars and have recommended it to all of my friends.

Excellent apartment

We've just returned from a week in Lagos and we stayed in this apartment. I cannot praise it enough. It's spacious, clean and really well equipped. There is everything there that you could need for your stay. We brought just hand luggage for 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children) and had everything we needed. It's in a great location, right on the marina and a 5 minute walk from the centre of Lagos old town. The manager was lovely and really good to deal with. He was very helpful. The satellite channels were great for the kids - you have CBBC (turns to BBC3 after 7pm), ITV and Sky news. The bedrooms are really big and bright and having 2 bathrooms is a bonus. I'd definately return, to both Lagos and the apartment.

Long Weekend in Lagos

Stayed here in October '07 with my husband, we went for a long weekend. Found it a great destination for a long weekend as its only 45 minute from the airport by taxi. Once there, had a great break, weather was very pleasant at this time of year. Restaurants were very good, good value too. Apartment really nice and well equipped, was able to travel with just hand luggage as towels and hairdryer supplied. Plenty of room too. Will visit again for a short break with our baby as there's lots within walking distance

I stayed here with my husband and two children last autumn and really enjoyed it. I've stayed in a few different resorts in Portugal but have returned to Lagos 5 times now and plan to revisit in the summer. The apartment is very well situated and close to everything anyone with kids could need. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. When you consider what package holidays cost with more than one child, this is a great option and I'de highly recommend it.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect Family Holiday

Stayed for two weeks last summer after my work colleague recommended this apartment. It was perfect for our family of 4. We have two young daughters so when they weren't out at the Marina Club pool or at the playground they could relax with a dvd or watch some TV for a while. Great to have satellite with all UK channels. The apartment is very well situated - close to beach and all the great Lagos restaurants.
