Quiet Location, easy walk to beach, 2 pools, 2 Bed 2 Bath + cot

Looking out to the sea, Alba Vilas is a beautiful, unusually spacious (150sq m 9ft ceilings), freshly decorated, 2 bed/2 bath apartment situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. A genuine 10min walk to the Marina and 15mins to the lovely Blue Flag beach of Meia Praia and the town of Lagos. The Algarve Race Circuit is 15 mins away. One of two large terraces lead directly to the pool, spa pool and landscaped garden. There is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom which has a whirlpool bath and stunning glass basin. A twin room has an adjacent bathroom and shower and both bedrooms have patio doors to a terrace. The modern, fully fitted kitchen with patio doors opens onto a terrace with a built-in BBQ and cooking utensils. There is a cool box with picnic tableware for those days out. A spacious and light and airy lounge/dining room with views to Meia Praia Beach, leads out through patio doors to a south facing terrace, pool and garden. Electric shutters/videophone entry/Parking/Co2+Smoke alarm

Lagos is one of the most beautiful and historic towns on the Algarve. With picturesque cafes and cobbled streets it can be reached on foot in 15/20 minutes. The main promenade is lined with exotic trees and runs alongside the inlet and Marina which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. From here you can take trips to see the dolphins and grottoes; dive; sail and fish. There is an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops in both areas with plenty of night-life during the summer months. Meia Praia is the nearest beach at a 10/15 min walk and here you will find a variety of restaurants plus a water sports centre. This beautiful Blue Flag beach has 4km of golden sand and the restaurants dotted along it offer a wide menu + fresh fish and local wines. With the new Algarve Race circuit plus Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses nearby; the Monchique mountains and coastal routes for walking/cycling; and both Zoomarine and Aqualand a 30 min drive, there is something for everyone.

    For the first time in 7 years, Alba Vilas is available in July 2013 for a 10 night stay instead of the usual 14. The dates are arrival Saturday 20th July and departure Tuesday 30th July and the rates will be on a pro rata basis.

Thank you. The rental of your beautifully furnished and fully equipped apartment at Alba Vilas was superb.

We really did have a healthy, chilled out Christmas. The children surfed everyday and I was swimming everyday. The weather was good and we came back with a tan on our faces. The apartment and gardens were really lovely and the directions spot on.

The apartment was placed in an area with no traffic. The interior plan is well planned and very well equipped. This also counts for the kitchen ! We have spent many holidays in different apartments around the world but this has been the best experience.

With two young boys the apartment is in walking distance to Lagos city and the pool is big enough also for teenagers !

Nice terrace with sea view and always possible to find a place out of the sun. The manager was very kind and helpful also with tips where to go.

The best recommandations also to the owner for a smooth settlement of payment and valuable information on how to get to the apartment etc.

Just back from a wonderful relaxing break at Alba Villas, the villa is deceptively spacious and has everything you could possibly want, it is in easy walking distance from the town and marina, The nearby beach is just breathtaking but if you dont want to walk the gardens and pool area are perfect for chilling!!
Would also like to recommend yellow fish transfers, didn't know anything about them when we booked but they were very punctual, door to door service and pleasent informative drivers. Can't wait to return next year.
