Both apartments are on the 3rd floor (with lift access) and offer wifi internet access, sat TV, book and dvd library, communal pool area, sunny balconies and easy access to Carvoeiro's beautiful beach, only 2 minutes walk away, and a wide selection of restaurants, shops, bars and banks with ATM access.

Payment terms: 25% deposit required with booking, balance due 8 weeks before arrival in the apartment. Payment can be accepted in sterling or euros. £150.00 security deposit payable with balance, which is returned provided no loss or damage to apartment or contents during your stay.

All towels and linen supplied including beach towels

Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged on request.

The spacious, duplex apartment is fully furnished and equipped, located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Monte Dourado Lower Level development. There are 3 bedrooms (one en-suite), 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies on the 4th floor, and kitchen, living room/dining area, cloakroom and 2 balconies on the 3rd floor. The living room has satellite TV, video, cd player and logburner, with an additional sitting area on the upstairs landing with a TV and video (for playing videos only) with a selection of paperbooks, pre-recorded films, board games and playing cards. The kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave. There is lift access. The apartment sleeps 7 including a cot or folding bed, highchair, potty and stairgate supplied. Monte Dourado is in the centre of Carvoeiro village, there are swimming pools and tennis courts on site, the beach is only 2 minutes walk, and there is a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants lin easy walking distance.

Carvoeiro is a typical Portugese fishing village which is popular with visitors but still retains its charm. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops plus golf courses.

Golf: There is a 9 hole par 3 golf course in Carvoeiro 'Vale de Milho', and 2 championship courses 10 minutes drive 'Gramacho' and 'Pinta'. Vale de Lobo, Vilamoura and Penina are within 30 minutes drive of Carvoeiro.

Steve-Thoroughly enjoyable stay in the apartment - very comfortable and well-equipped. Excellent location close to beach, bars and restaurants. Looking forward to next visit!
Anne-Marie-Stayed in Casa Amarela for 3 weeks. Apartment is lovely and spacious, with balconies either side to enjoy sun all-day long. Although set in the centre of town the apartment is not noisy. Would definitely recommend.Ellen-We had a superb week at Casa Amarela during the Christmas/New Year holidays. The apartment is very comfortable and although the weather was good during the day it was lovely to have a log fire some evenings. It is a lovely apartment and so convenient, being in the centre of the village and also close to the beach. Matt Just about the best apartment we have stayed in. A real home from home,very spacious and clean.It made our 2-week stay in carvoeiro an unforgettable experience. Look forward to returning there and will definately recommend. Just wanted to say that we had a great stay at you lovely apartment. We couldn't of asked for more, The weather was pretty good too which was great. I would have no problem at all recommending it to our family and friends, as the location is really perfect. We look forward to returning there again in the near future.
