This beautiful, stylish and tastefully decorated duplex apartment is very close to the centre of Carvoeiro and is available for rental throughout the year. 'Outra Vez' is not an archetypal rental property, but is one stamped with quality furnishings and design for the discerning family looking for a high level of comfort. Entrance to the property is via a large sun terrace, with patio doors and main door entrance leading to the lounge/dining area. The apartment is spaciously set out on two floors, separated by a spiral staircase from the lounge area. The lower floor consists of the open-plan lounge and dining area. Off this is a double bedroom, the kitchen, the utility room and shower room. The upper floor consists of a study area, a double, twin, and single bedroom and a bath/shower room. The twin and double bedrooms on this level share a large and very private sun terrace accessed by patio doors. For a comfortable stay, fun and central location, this apartment is unbeatable.

Golf Courses: There are three 18-hole championship golf courses within 15 minutes drive from the apartment, namely Gramacho, Pinta and Alto. David Leadbetter's Golf Academy is also situated at Gramacho.

A 9-hole course, at Vale de Milho is around 8 minutes drive away.

Beaches: Carvoeiro Beach is a mere 5 minutes stroll away. The beautiful Centeanes Beach 15 minutes walk or 5 minute drive. There are a multitude of other fabulous beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Attractions/Flights: ZOOMARINE (swim with dolphins), two aqua 'Slide and Splash' parks and a Zoo are all within 20 mins drive.

Numerous themes of boat trips are available from Portimao, 15 minutes drive away.

Inexpensive sightseeing flights around the Algarve are available in a light plane with up to 3 passengers, (British piloted). Please ask for details.

For those tiring of the day's sun, the nearest bar and an excellent Portuguese take away is a one minute walk. Estrada do Farol ('Restaurant Hill') is 5 minutes walk and you will be spoilt for choice as to which bar or restaurant to visit. English, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Spanish and of course Portuguese cuisines are all on offer.

Notes

  • Rates are based on occupancy of 6 persons. 7th person (only outside July and Aug where max is 6 persons) can be accommodated at £15 per week additional (baby counted as 1 person). Air conditioning is available at an additional cost of £30 per week on request. A 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking. Balance required 2 calendar months prior to holiday start. A £100 breakages and damages deposit is required when balance is due. This is returned to guests within 1 week of exit subject to nil damage/breakages.

    Please note that changeover days during July and August are Thursdays. Any other month, flexible.
  • Linen is changed weekly. Towels changed mid week (i.e. after 3 or 4 days). Cleaning once per week included in price.

All of my family enjoyed our stay at Outra Vez the apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. Peter and his team are very helpful and nothing is a bother to them. The apartment is in a very good location close to the town with a good choice of restaurants and bars. I will be recommending to my friends and family.

Week Stay at Outra Vez Oct 2012

We had a great holiday in Carvoeiro. The apartment is centrally located and quiet. It is spacious and very comfortable with modern furnishings. We used the pool in October even though it wasn't heated! The bakery downstairs is recommended!! Peter and Ann organised our transfer with Easygo and really looked after us while we were there and it was lovely to have a welcome pack of food and drink on arrival. This is our 3rd visit to Carvoeiro and I don't think it will be our last!! Thank you Peter!

We have been visiting Carverio as a group for 10 years and would say that this apartment is top of the list for location, comfort and cleanliness. We had a great holiday despite the weather and could find no fault with the apartment except maybe a big teapot would have been great. The baker downstairs was the icing on the cake. We shall definately return.

The information provided prior to my stay was excellent with the instructions on obtaining access to the villa and subsequent details all clearly laid out. The accommodation was in superb condition, cleanliness was of the higest order and the customer service was first class. I would highly recommend this holiday for young and old alike. The swimming pool on site and the beach only a 10 minute walk will keep the young children occupied, whilst the numerous and various restaurants will cater to most tastes. Bars were plentiful and the service given by restaurants and bars were of a hight standard. I certainly will be returining there in the future and will pass on the information on the resort to my friends. A very relaxing holiday in excellent accommodation.

Stayed in April - and loved the comfort and style of this simply desirable apartment. Everything you need is here to make your stay one of the most relaxing ones we've ever had.
Beautifully kitted out from top to bottom with all the facilities you would wish for.
With this appealing apartment combined with the nearness to a wonderful choice of restaurants, bars and those lovely beaches
summed up Carvoeiro as a holiday destination of some distinction. Highly recommended.
