The Vallecito region in the north of the peninsula is the best known region in the Sierra Juarez mountains where the El Diabolito image can be seen along with a calendar marker and many other abstract images. In the Valley of Guadalupe there are paintings on the promontory at El Milagros Ranch. Other archeological sites can be explored at Las Pintas and the ruins of a Mission at San Fernando Velicata are just along the road from local cave art. Tijuana has an amazing collection of sights including the Tijuana Tower in the downtown district. Visit Revolution Avenue and look for the neomudejar castle now used to host Jai Alai games. It also has a monumental clock and the nearby Plaza Santa Cecilia is the place to find local restaurants and live Mexican music. In Rosarito visit the Dunes of Ejido Maztlanor and then stroll along the art route in the town. Ensenada has La Bufadora, the only marine geyser in the world as well as a cheese cave and plenty of wineries.
