The apartment is on high ground overlooking the beautiful sandy beach of St Georges Bay. It is centrally located in the St Julians area, close to Malta's best entertainment places and a shopping centre. The Portomaso Hilton, the Intercontinental and other major Five-Star Hotels are within 5 minutes walking distance. It is also very close to the picturesque St Julians/Sliema promenade. The apartment has a large covered car space adjacent to the property and forms part of a managed complex adjacent to a hotel which offers swimming pool facilities to non-residents. Sliema city centre is 10 minutes away by bus. The main English Language Schools are within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is nicely laid out with most rooms overlooking the bay. Accommodation includes a spacious airconditioned Sitting / Dining Room with its window overlooking the bay and leading to the outside terrace which also enjoys the same views; 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and spare toilet/shower.

Golf course: A local golf course is available about 15 kilometers away and is open all year.

Baby cot: A baby cot is available on request at no extra charge

For every additional person the rental increases by Euro 60 per week in Winter (Nov - Mar) and Eur 90 per week in Summer (April - October) per person. 10% discount for bookings of 21 days and over. Special rates offered for bookings of 1 month and over in Winter..
  • 35% deposit payable on booking and balance may be settled in Malta
  • Baby cot available if required (no extra charge)
    A refundable deposit of Euro 400 must be paid upon arrival against any damage to furniture or furnishings.
    Sheltered car port available outside the apartment for €50 per week
    Wifi internet access available for a charge of €30 for up to one month.

    In the case of cancellation of booking up to 12 weeks before the start date of the booking, the 35% down payment may be refunded only if and to the extent that the booked dates are taken up by other bookings but the balance of rent due is waived. With respect to cancellation within the 12 weeks from the start date of the booking the full rental amount is due, subject to a refund of an amount equivalent to any rental income received from an alternative booking.

This is a wonderful place to stay while in Malta. The apartment is roomy, clean and very well equipped. It is close to the beach, buses, shopping, restaurants. We walked everywhere, except when exploring the rest of Malta.

Would highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay again if we return to Malta.

The flat is in an excellent location overlooking St Georges beach and bay and two minutes walk from the beach. We can't fault the accommodation. In every way it exceeded our needs. The bedrooms are large, the living area is open plan, which gave us and our granddaughters plenty of space. One shower room and bathroom with shower ideal for us.. Balcony over looking the bay which was lovely and cool in the evening. The flat is well equipped and we had need for nothing. I would highly recommend the flat. A car parking space was under cover. The location was good for restaurants, entertainment and food shopping. The highlight for us and our granddaughters was the closeness to the beach.

Bel appartement très bien équipé (lave linge, clim, cuisine équipée, four, TV, ...), cadre très agréable avec point de vue magnifique. Situation idéale (près des commerces et des coins animés). Il est conseillé de louer la place de stationnement hombragée du propriétaire (les places de stationnement sont rares dans ce coin de l'ile). Il n'y aura pas de mauvaise surprise avec ce très bel appartement. Séjours magnifique garanti !

very nice apartment in a perfect location !!

We just got back from a week in Malta .
We stayed in this appartment and it was perfect for us , everything is within walking distance , shops , restaurants , dive center , and the nightlife is just around the corner .
And even high speed wireless internet available for those who want it .
The kitchen was also very well equipped !!
This was money well spend , thx Alfred

AWESOME large 3 bedroom flat. The bedrooms were descent sized although the beds were a little small but I'm used to a king sized bed. The flat had plenty of room to spread out and a cute patio to enjoy afternoon tea and looking over St. Georges bay. close to shopping, tons of good restaurants and the best part, it was close to the buss stops. Alfred was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, we enjoyed staying here and would choose this flat again.
