This bright corner apartment is on the third floor of a new, regularly cleaned block situated in a quite part of Qawra, just a few minutes walking-distance from the sea-shore and central amenities. Facing south-east, this apartment enjoys all-day sunshine and open sea views from the large main bedroom, which comes with an en suite bathroom, and from the living room, which adjoins a separate and fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Both the main bedroom and the living room have direct access to a large open-air balcony along the whole front. The second bedroom also comes with a balcony with side sea views. An entrance hall, a main bathroom and a third bedroom complete a spacious yet cozy layout. The apartment is served with a garage, private lift, intercom, air-conditioning, card phone, internet access, blackout curtains, emergency lighting and fire protection equipment. A sea-side resort in the north of Malta, Qawra is very popular with visitors as it offers the right combination of tranquility and entertainment, the ideal elements for a perfect holiday in all seasons. Its coastline promenade offers spectacular views of the historical St. Paul's Islands and renders Qawra within walking distance from St Paul's Bay, itself a traditional fishing village, Salina Bay, with its famous salt pans, and Bugibba, a modern leisure and entertainment centre. Numerous shops, restaurants, bars and a good variety of services, including clinic, swimming pools, car rentals, and beauty therapy are within walking distance, as is the bus terminus. Buses work on a regular schedule directly to and from various towns and villages, including the Gozo ferry at Cirkewwa, the shopping centres at Sliema, the historical cities of Imdina and Valletta, and the popular sandy beaches of Mellieha and Ghajn Tuffiegha.

QAWRA APARTMENT - FABULOUS SEA VIEWS

Just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at Belvedere Court. We booked the apartment after reading the justified reviews. It has a comfort class rating ,but it is far superior to the one we rented last year.Which was advertised as luxury. (it was not).This one however has by far surpassed our expectations. It had all you would need and more. We had one minor problem which was dealt with very quickly by Joseph the owner,who is just a phone call away.Close to all amenities. Bus terminus is only a few minutes walk away. All day multi journey go anywhere ticket only 2 euro 60.
Will we go back to this apartment ? Absolutely. Is it worth a 5* review ? Without a doubt.

My Family and I have just spent 10 days in this property, when you book "blind" you dont know what to expect, photo's can be deceiving. In this case they were not, the standard and quality of this apartment is excellent, yes, we had a couple of hiccups but these were speedily solved with the help of the owner. We were transported to and from the airport by Joseph and his Son Stephen, there was a very generous welcome pack and the accomodation was very clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. We will definately be using this again.
Thank you Joseph, Caroline and Stephen for making us so welcome.
As for Malta if you have never visited you dont know what you are missing, Wonderful place full of interest, history, sun sea, and lovely friendly people, oh yes, the food is good too.

Lovely apartment and great location

This was a very spacious apartment with everything you need and felt very homely. The location is good with all the shops bars restaurants and the promenade just down the road. The bus station is nearby and for just over a euro you could get around the island.Good hop, on hop off tour buses as well.Lots of interesting things to see, especially Medina, Rabat and Valetta. Good beaches all in the north of the island and cheap trips to Gozo. Highly recommended.

My wife and I booked Joseph's and Caroline's apartment by what we heard others say about it, and we do not regret that in the least.
We have stayed in 5 star hotels in Malta and found cause to complain about this and that, but this apartment was/is first class. Everything was as dexcribed and listed, including the internet access. To hell with it, I have one criticism, the kitchen sink is for a left handed person! We cannot let Joseph's head get too big can we?
Joking apart, the apartment complimented the rest of our break in Malta and found it to be an ideal base to roam around visiting friends and relatives, especially with the complimentary garage. We used to stay in the Sliema area, but we found it more relaxing in Qawra.
