Charming self-contained apartment, with exclusive use of the private swimming pool, its flowered garden and unique “Roman Cave” which continues the tradition of the thermal baths of ancient Rome. The apartment is situated in a villa located in the Roman countryside, 30mn from Rome, with panoramic views over the farming countryside of Rome. The villa stands on a sunny hillside in the Veio Regional Park, just 10 km from Rome, and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The apartment offers not only a swimming pool [6m X 4,10m, to a depth of 1.50m] normally open from April to October, an oasis of calm amid the harbour of the perfumes of the flowers and fruit trees of its garden but also the newly-installed “Roman Cave” where guests can enjoy a complete relaxation in private, scented with essential oils, with the hydromassage Jacuzzi for two, which uses warm water produced by solar energy. The spa is situated in a niche dug into the rock with a cocktail bar at which to enjoy a drink.

The area is divided into two zones:
at the entrance, in the shade of the quince tree, there is a small bar at your disposal to give free reign to your imagination for exciting cocktails!
Beyond lies the “wellbeing” area awaits you, the atmosphere scented by oils, its romantic hydromassage Iacuzzi for two, double seat face to face, ergonomically shaped, with headrests, armrests and file, 6 jets of hydromassage acting on all the strategic points of the body for total relaxation.
Beyond this we have installed a shower too, this having 5 different functions to revive and return you to reality once more!!!
The Village and the surrounding area: The villa is 2 km from the medieval town of Sacrofano located at 200m above the sea level, profits from a climate fresher than that of the plain of Rome, and offers a choice of Trattorias and traditional Pizzerias where one can enjoy, at a reasonable price, the delicious local cooking made with local produce. Here one can find all that is necessary, small supermarkets, grocers, bakeries, cake shops, post office, pharmacy, medical services and a tobacconist - just to 2mins in the car. One of the best restaurants of the area is easily accessible on foot from the villa.
The area in which the villa is situated is an off the beaten tourist track and at the same time within one of the most beautiful areas of the Latium and an ideal centre whence one can even go to visit the most beautiful towns of Italy. The villa is within 12 km of Rome itself and 10 mins from the metropolitan station with frequent trains into the centre of the city.
The Eternal City and beyond: It is well known that Italy is home to 60% at least of the worlds artistic treasures and that one-half of them are concentrated in the city of Rome: the Capitol, the Palatine, the Forum, the Coliseum, the famous Roman thermal baths, catacombs, the church of St.Peter, the Sistine Vault, the Vatican, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, the Appian Way and the many churches, palaces and ancient buildings....as well as the ancient sites outside rome, the remains of Etruscan cities, the villa of Hadrian and that of the Villa d'Este, Ostia Antica, the monastery of the Benedictines at Subiaco and the lakes around Bracciano or Castel Gandolfo, perfect for swimming and sunbathing, as is the Tyrrhenian Sea which is less than one hour away!
