2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (2 showers available), it sleeps up to 5 people

Very quiet and elegant ground floor apartment, close to Vatican Museum and S.Peter's and connected very well with the city center.

It was fully refurbished in november 2011. Refrigerator with freezer, microwave, TV DVD, independent heating and air conditioning are available. Linens, towels and utilities are provided. Crib for babies available.

Low allergen environment (no carpets). Pets are not allowed. Internet wifi free included.

No Smoking.

Via Cardinal Bofondi is a small, quiet street (about 100 metres long) located in the Aurelio District, adjacent to the Vatican City. It is very close to S.Carlo Hospital with its public garage (for a fee).The district has a wide variety of shops, including supermarkets close by on Via Baldo degli Ubaldi (a main street where there is the Underground just 200 metres from Via Cardinal Bofondi). The bus stop is only a few metres from the apartment, about a 5 minute ride to the Vatican Museum, St. Peter and Downtown.

This proved to be an all-round excellent apartment for a recent business trip. The furnishings are super and it is very clean.

It is very close to the Metro, a main bus route, and main sights are walkable should you so choose to go by foot.

The owners were most helpful.

Highly recommended.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

Communication with Ettore and Andrea was super simple and super informative. They always had quick responds through email to help us plan our trip to Rome. There apartment is small and quaint perfect but perfect for a large family or two couples. We have a family of 5 and at the time of our visit our children where 11, 3 and 10 months and it was super family friendly. They were there to greet us upon our arrival and gave us lots of information about there city. We also used there driver to get us back to the airport and he was super nice also, defiantly recommended having the driver take you to and from the airport, so much simpler. Thank you for the Great Stay!!

Excellent ground floor apartment central Rome

We have just come back from a wonderful stay in Rome, made easier and more enjoyable by the great apartment we stayed in. This is a ground flood apartment with two very spacious double bedrooms, two good sized shower/toilet, kitchen/dining and entrance hall. Everything was very clean. Bedding and towels were provided in good amounts. Kitchen was easy to use. There is no washing machine, but other than that everything we needed was there and in good working order. It's location is excellent - very close to the centro storico. Bus stop within a 5 minute walk. Metro within 10 minute walk. All amenities were easily available close by. There were also many restaurants within easy walking distance. The owners were helpful and made themselves available should we have needed them. The area feels very safe and the apartment itself is in a locked complex. Would certainly go back.

Thank you so much, we enjoyed our stay and your kindness! Your tips were great and we spent our days moving and eating like romans do.

The apartment is very confortable and everything is provided since your arrival, so you can have relax to recharge your energy for the next day.

The position is amazing, as other friends told us that some districts in the downtown are very noisy...so here you are in a quiet private street at few meters from the city center!

We will reccomend your apartment to all our friends in NewYork,

Thank you for your kindness while we were in Rome. Your apartment was beautiful and Ryan will give the information to the Chicago Cultural Institute. Maybe people will see the information and want to rent your apartment.

I wish we could have stayed longer but both Stephanie and Ryan had to get back to work.
