A recently renovated traditional mountain villa containing three luxurious apartments.

Located 300 metres from the Brevent cabine and 3 minutes from central Chamonix the apartments are perfectly situated to explore all of Chamonix's winter and summer attractions.

Situated in the upmarket 'Mollard' area, the apartments bask in sunshine from first light until dusk; illuminating the stunning views across the Chamonix valley, Mont Blanc, the Mer de Glace and Aiguille du Midi.

Renovated to high modern standard the apartments provide splendid accommodation for a memorable holiday.

Facilities include gardens front and back, car parking, storage, barbecue, FREE WIFI, TV, HiFi, DVD player. Catering and additional housekeeping can be arranged on request at an additional cost subject to availability and agreement. Recommendations and advice can be given on ski passes, ski rental, child care, mountain guiding, transport and flights.

Skiing and snowboarding: Chamonix is the mecca of alpine adventure: skiing, snowboarding, climbing, mountaineering, ski touring and mountain biking. A bustling and lively town (nearly) all year round it offers something for everyone.

The apartments are local to the Brevent area, linked by a cable car into the Flegere sector.

Adding variety, use the excellent Chamonix bus services to ski the trees in Les Houches or experience the legendary Grands Montets above Argentiere.

Not forgetting of course, the stunning scenery surrounding the Vallee Blanche (guide strongly recommended).

The apartments sit 300 metres walk below and west of the Brevent bubble lift giving direct access into the Brevents-Flegere lifts - the largest area in the valley. Very locally there's a bar, restaurant and ski shop near the Brevent lift station. An equally short 3 minute walk brings you to the main street in Chamonix (Rue Dr Piccard) with all its bars, restaurants and shops. The location couldn't be better, combining a quiet, smart neighbourhood with easy access to all the fun and facilities that Chamonix can offer.

Easily accessed by car (parking provided) the apartments are only a few minutes walk from the reliable Chamonix bus services.

Other Activities: Snowboarding, rock climbing, canyoning, ice skating, ice climbing

Ski: Chamonix is one of the world's most amazing ski and board areas. A number of areas are specifically designed for children or adults on their first snow experience. As you gain confidence Le Tour beckons with lots of gentle blue runs. However, for intermediates and above the valley becomes paradise. Le Tour is the most varied with a mixture of reds and blues - sun soaked runs heading down to Le Tour and with tree lined shelter down into Vallorcine. Brevent-Flegere is the largest area - you could easily spend your entire stay here exploring its long (and in one case very steep!) runs. Masses of 'in-between-the piste' riding makes fresh tracks accessible - but remain aware that ANY off piste skiing requires avalanche awareness. If you're happy off-piste then you should hire a guide and ski the Vallee Blanche at least once in your life! For good riders, real challenges lie above Argentiere in the steep, narrow, often bumpy runs of the fabled Grands Montets. Awesome!

Notes

  • To confirm reservation a deposit of 25% of the price of rental is required. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.

    The price is inclusive of bedding and towels, as well as the local tax (taxe de sejour).

    Terms and Conditions

    Payment and Cancellation: Upon reservation, the renter must pay a deposit of 25% of the accommodation price by an Acceptable Method of Payment. This deposit ensures the reservation of the accommodation for the requested stay, until final payment is received. In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. Where reservations are made within 6 weeks of the commencement of arrival, full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.

    The proprietor requires written/email cancellation of any bookings from the renter. The cancellation policy is as follows:
    42 – 21 days = Loss of 75% of total holiday price
    21 – 00 days = Loss of 100% of total holiday price
  • Termination: The proprietor reserves the right to terminate without notice and liability the holiday of any Group Member whose behaviour is such that it is disruptive to the enjoyment of others or cause damage to the property or any third party. This is entirely at the discretion of the proprietor.

    Other: The proprietors of the property, do not accept any responsibility for any damage or injury, (including theft or loss of personal goods occurring on the property) during your stay or whilst you use any of the equipment at your disposal in the apartment. Renters are expected to respect the rights of neighbouring properties. We recommend that you take out your own comprehensive travel and medical insurance whilst on holiday.

    This agreement and any proceedings there under are to be governed by the laws of France and any legal issues to be determined by the courts of France local to the property.
  • Damage charges: In the event that the proprietor deems the renter responsible for any material damage or loss to the apartment, the building or common parts during the Groups stay, any cost to rectify damage caused will be charged to the credit card details supplied.

    An extra charge of 60 € will also be made where we consider the property is left in an excessively dirty state.

    Cleaning charge: Cleaning is provided for each apartment inclusive in the cost of the holiday and includes, cleaning bathrooms, toilet, kitchen spaces, windows, and floors. It does not include removing opened food / beverages / rubbish from the apartment, or washing dirty crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans and cooking appliances or oven trays. Please remove all rubbish, opened and out of date foods and beverages before checking out of the apartment, and ensure that all crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans/ cooking appliances and oven trays are thoroughly cleaned, dried and put back in their place.

Great apartment furnished to a high standard and very generously equiped. Fantastic location for Brevent bubble and a short (though steep) walk into the town centre.
