Walking distances from the apartment are: 3 minutes for the nearest metro station and bus, 15 minutes by foot from the Bastille and 20 minutes.

The area is safe and quiet.

  • The rate for the requested dates is 60 euros per night for a stay of 7 nights or more, 65 euros for a shorter stay. Between Dec 20th and January 10th, it is 60 euros per night. It does not included bank or paypal fees.
  • Insurance :

    To cover possible damage caused in the flat, a 11€ participation is to be added for every reservation per flat.

Good place to stay in paris

The place is at a 8-10 Euros taxi trip from the place where you need to pick up the keys(at a Republique square). Is a very good option for young , middle age healthy people, because you need to climb 4 floor in a difficult star. But behind that , the flat is plenty of sun , clean , nice , confortable . The Metro is 3 blocks away , you can take it or arrive to this station (Alexander Dumas) from any other metro station(using combinations) . We walk near the flat(or arrive) at night withouth problems, and there are int he same Rue 2 supermarkerts , one open until 10:30 pm to adquiere foods. The principal atractions of paris area At 15 to 30 minutes Metro trips from the flat .

I loved this apartment, it's cute, cozy, has a good size, fresh flowers and there was even food to eat if you felt like having a nibble, or some tea or coffee, freshly brought by the owner, which I thought was a good plus. It is very well located, amazing restaurants and cafes in the area and an amazing bakery just down the street. I strongly recommend the stay here.
Oh and the beds... they were SO comfortable, ohhh amazing night sleep, perfect for a long day of walking around the city.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Excellent Paris flat

We stayed in this flat over the October half term and found it was excellent. It was exactly as described & as in the photos. The flat was lovely & warm & despite being above a restaurant (albeit the flat’s on the 5th floor) it was really quiet - great double glazing. This fact was noted my Mother-in-law who is very particular about noise, even she was happy.
There are a few restaurants & shops near by as well as a couple of supermarkets which had a good range of food & it was easy to cook for ourselves as the kitchen was well equipped. It is about 10 mins walk to the Metro station.
We would love to revisit this flat as it suited everyone so well - our 7 year old son & 75 year old nanny were more than happy.
Worth bearing in mind there are lots of stairs - 5th floor flat & no lift. Also you have to collect the keys from the agents office which involves as separate Metro journey, this can be difficult if you have lots of luggage but worth it once you are there!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The only inconvenient thing is to collect the keys at another place but there are 2 solutions :
- either you choose a flat with keys provided in the building or just nearby (few minutes walking)
- either you send just one or two persons to collect the keys while the rest of the group go straight to the flat.

We hope we will be able to receive you and all your family again soon in Paris.

Paris flat in June

Our original request was booked (full), so we were given this alternative, which proved to be a wonderful option on Monmartre Rue. The flat was clean, well stocked, spacious, and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Paris. There was a grocery store within less than a block, and many street markets with fruit, breads, pastries, and flowers. There was an elevator and the subway was just a short walk, and the main attractions could be reached by foot if you wanted to explore along the way. Our main disappointment was not having internet or TV, and not easily getting that taken care of. We absolutely recommend a stay and would love to stay there again. The price was amazingly reasonable for downtown Paris.
