This charming, single villa (130m2) is right on the 9th hole on the fairway Golf des Pins surrounded by wonderful pines. A beautiful furnished house including every modern convenience, it has a south facing garden (550 m²) with a large terrace ideal for summer BBQ whilst watching the golfers. Downstairs there is a large living room with an music system, television, as well as equipped kitchen with behind small room, with a second fridge. Separate cloakroom, 1 toilet. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, all have double wardrobes. A bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 toilet. The villa is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with parking. Sporting facilities in Hardelot includes horse riding, pony's for kids, tennis, speed sailing, land yachting, sailing and golf (2 golf courses (des Pins & des dunes). Hardelot village and beach with shops, boutiques & restaurants are far 10 minutes walking. Access: A16 (Paris-Amiens-Calais), exit 27, just 30 minutes drive from the euro tunnel exit.

Tennis and Sailing clubs : There are several courts, all weather outdoor courts and 2 indoor courts. During the school holidays they run a series of tennis courses for children. The Base Nautique at the southern end of the esplanade has facilities for sailing, windsurfing and sand sailing with courses children and adults and weekly stages.

Beach and Forest: twenty minutes will take you walking to the center village and to the sand dunes, beautiful views of the coast line: 15 kilometers of flat sand, with birds (goeland, cormoran, mouettes) all around.

Golf and Horse riding with courses for children also.

Le Touquet-Paris-Plage which is near Hardelot is a good opportunity for walking and shopping (markets on thursday and saturday). The little port of Etaples has a market on friday and good shops for buying fresh fish (Pêcheur d'Etaples).

Hardelot is situated on the Opal Coast, 2 hours from London, Paris and Brussels and 20 minutes south of Le Touquet (with its shops, chic restaurants, casino and an indoor/ outdoor swimming pool with warm water, jacuzzi and sauna). Hardelot is a relaxed seaside resort with access to 12 km of wide sandy beaches and dunes surrounded by wonderful pines, forests and nature reserves. Abbay ' de Valloires', 'Music festival, De la côte d'opale', Boulogne-sur-mer Nausica and Helicea. Subtropical swimming pool is at 10 km near Boulogne, 50 km distance of bird paradise 'Le Crotoy' (bay of Somme). Ideal for relaxing as well as activities such as golf, horse riding, all weather tennis club, wind and speed sailing and land yachting. There is also kids clubs on the beach. There is an open-air market every summer Sunday from April to September in the small town centre. Nausicaa is one of the best center sea world of France.

Other Activities: Very nice ' jardins des enfants'.

Golf: Situated on the fairway of the 'Golf des Pins ', which is one of most famous European golf built in 1906. Its 'club house' with restaurant is only 200m from the villa 'Parfum des Dunes'.

Superb location and very well equipped

This house has everything one can think of. If you love cooking there is all the equipment plus more. To the very detail. If you love relaxing there is a lovely and big garden with lounging chairs. Every time of the day you will find sunshine somewhere in the garden.

The house is very well maintained & feels very homely as the owners have good taste and choose nice and comfortable furniture, lighting etc. The beds are new and comfortable (also good size) which is not always the case in french holiday homes.

Our kids loved the garden and we enjoyed the view on the golfing players teeing of from the 9th.

All in all, it has great comfort and definitely a place to come back to and to recommend to our friends.

One week of heaven

Wow..the most fantastic house we have ever stayed in, having rented houses in France for over 25 years. The attention to detail was unbelievable and everything was new and modern.
The views over the golf course were amazing and although most of us didn't play golf, the entertainment value was great, especially watching golf buggy's parked on slops...we can only assume it was the result of too much good french wine...!!!
I am reluctant to recommend this house, just in case it gets booked up next year and we find we cannot return. We really feel we want to keep it as our secret but realise that we can't.
If you are looking for peace, space and relaxation then this is the place to stay. Everything about the house is amazing
The only depressing thing was having to leave it and return to our home in the UK which looked a bit of a dump after a week in Hardelot Plage A real piece of heaven.Thank you so much

We were two couples, each with two little children. We had a fantastic time and the Villa was lovely, bright and Airy. The golf course (les Pins) is one of the best i have played, and we hope to come back next year - highly recommended.

A perfect holiday villa

This is the perfect holiday villa. In a fabulous, secluded location surrounded by beautiful woods and a in a gem of a resort - Hardelot Plage. We simply loved our stay at this house, which we found to be very thoughtfully equipped for a family holiday, we had everything we needed and more.

The house is beautifully decorated and furnished, and in immaculate condition. The spacious garden is wonderful for playing games or just sitting in the sun with a good book. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, with every utensil and tool you could need.

The owners are very friendly and helpful, as are their local representatives who helped us out with a couple of queries promptly, courteously and efficiently.

The resort and surrounding area are well supplied with activities for everyone within very short distances, and for those who love seafood a visit to the "Aux Pecheurs d'Etaples" fishmongers and restaurant is an absolute must, and only 15 minutes away by car.

We have no hesitation in recommending this villa, other than that by recommending it so heartily we may find that too many other people want to stay there too! :-)

Perfect for relaxing holidays

We had a fantastic holiday. The villa is extremely well appointed and has every amenity you could possibly need with the exception of a washing machine. The location is extremely tranquil with the golfers passing by on the 9th.
Although the weather was not great Hardelot and the Le Touquet area has a multitude of activities to entertain. It is ideal for cycling and we spent many an hour through the forests and down to the beach. Our young son loved the horse riding lessons he had at the very friendly school. We managed to fit in a couple of rounds of golf at Les Pins and Les Dunes, both are stunning courses and fortunately the sun was out which made the rounds very very relaxing.
We will definitely consider returning as we had an excellent time.
