Les Jardins d'Harmonia is an exclusive secure private development of 16 villas and 20 apartments, within walking distance to a Mediterranean beach, Aqualand water park, La Grande Stade tennis centre in Saint-Cyprien, shops and restaurants. This new three-bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to seven people. The house has a private garden. The living room with a mezzanine opens onto a large terrace and pool. The villa has gas central heating and solar-powered hot water. Ideal for a family holiday, the villa is situated in a secure gated community and has its own private 8m x 4m swimming pool. There is a children’s play zone in the complex. Botanical gardens, hiking trails, equestrian centres and karting are a short cycle ride away. The 18-hole international golf course is a ten minute drive.

Winter Destination: The villa is about one and a half hours drive to the ski resort at Font Romeu in the French Pyrenees. There are many other resorts in the area which are endowed with excellent and varied slopes. The resorts at Andorra are well known in Britain and Ireland. The French resorts closer to Saint Cyprien are popular with French and Spanish skiers, and include Les Angles.

Why not mix an active ski break with a visit to the Mediterranean coast? Perpignan to Collioure is a fabulous area rich in history and natural beauty. The mountains act as a perfect foil to the sea views. You will have an idyllic visit to this splendid area.

The Costa Brava and the towns of Figueras and Girona in Spain have a lot to offer the cultural tourist. Figueras is famed for the Dali museum but is attractive in its own right.

Figueras in less than an hour from Saint Cyprien and gives visitors a great insight into the richness of Spanish Catalan heritage.

The villa is a short walk to a wide clean Mediterranean beach which provides a wide variety of water sports. The port at St-Cyprien is a haven for sailors and one of the largest marinas on the coast, as well as being a thriving resort. The water park of Aqualand is next to the complex. Services including shops, restaurants and a fine hotel are close by. Tennis courts, watersports facilities, golf and other pursuits are within easy reach. The historic city of Perpignan is 20 km away and has an airport accessible via Orly and Stansted. The walled medieval city of Carcassonne and its airport are 1 hour 40 minutes away as is Gerona (Girona) in Spain; each served by Ryanair. Barcelona is 2 hours drive and served by British Airways, Easyjet etc..

Notes

  • Book more than one week, outside July and August, and receive a 5% discount on the second week and 10% on the third and subsequent weeks.
    A deposit of 30% of the rental rate is required to secure a booking. The full balance is payable at least 42 days before arrival. Cancellation charges of 30% of the rental will apply up to 42 days and 50% up to 28 days before arrival. No refund will be made within 28 days of arrival. We recommend guests take out travel insurance with cancellation cover at the time of booking.
    A repayable security deposit of EUR 400.00 is required. A pool cleaning and maintenance charge of €60 per week and a compulsory final cleaning charge of €100 at the end of each rental are payable. Bed linen and towels are available for hire, if required, and should be ordered at the time of booking. The cost is €14 per person.
  • Swimming pool not in use from 30 September to 31 March.

Great villa, fabulous pool and very friendly and helpful owners. I would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of a holiday in the sun. The description was accurate, the place was clean and well looked after and we would definitely like to go back again.

Thank you for allowing us to share your home; our daughter took some dragging away from the pool most days though to be honest, we all probably did. The bikes proved great fun and the BBQ an ideal altrnative to evening meals in the late evening sun on the terrace, we are all feeling better for the sun and Sangria. The Villa had everything we needed and meant we could relax & unwind immediately without even leaving the property. On the doorstep though there are many different options for family entertainment and pleasure which means you are spoiled for choices everyday, mountains, beach or marina what to do today.....

We spent a very relaxing week at Villa St Cyprien. It is a great villa, very well equipped, lots of space and lovely terraces up and downstairs. We spent most of the week by the pool - lots of pool toys provided. We really enjoyed having the use of the bikes - cycled for bread and provisions, and to the beautiful unspoilt beach. A lovely holiday!

The villa is in an ideal location for sightseeing. We used the bikes almost every evening cycling around the marina, and to collect fresh bread every morning. The region has everything, beaches,boating, mountains, activities, wine, shopping and climate. Avoid travelling on a Saturday from Girona in the peak months - the traffic is a nightmare at the border. Local places to visit must include Colliere, a beautiful bustling cove 15 minutes drive away and Gorges de la Fou about half an hour in-land. The Villa is very modern and well equiped and the owners are really helpful with tips and advice.

Perfect South of France villa

The house was perfect and was the ideal launchpad to tour the surrounding area. Much more spacious in reality than the impression given by the photos, the villa had every amenity and mod con you could ask for. Our kids loved the pool, the bikes & cyclepaths and the fact the gorgeous beach was a very short walk away. We loved the house and the area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality, spacious villa in this wonderful part of France. C'est trés bon!
