A recently built 2 bedroom apartment in a beautiful location with easy access to the centre of Cannes. The apartment is in a private residence which has 2 large swimming pools and is set in natural parklands. The large living/dining room has 2 leather sofas and a double sofa bed for extra guests. It also has English Sky TV, video and DVD players. Dining can either be inside at the large dining table or outside on the sunny patio. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a double bed which converts into 2 singles. Both bedrooms have patio doors onto an east facing balcony which benefits from the morning sun. The apartment also has 2 bath/shower rooms. The kitchen has its own breakfast bar and is fully fitted with all modern appliances. The private garden at the rear of the apartment has a lawn and is nicely stocked with flowering plants. It has a westerly aspect and garden furniture is provided to soak up the sunshine. Views of the setting sun can also be enjoyed in the evening.

The apartment is great for families and couples. We always enjoy sunbathing in the private garden and then shopping and eating in Cannes.

Great well equiped apartment

I booked this as my first "family" holiday after my divorce 3 years ago. Took my two children now 23 and 20. Was not sure how it would all go. We arrived to find a very comfortable well equipped apartment with lots of space. 75M Sq did not mean much to me but it is a very good size even for the max capacity of 6. The standard and quantity of equipment was fantastic, also on site are two good pools. The 3 of us had a great time together in this apartment and also had the freedom to do our own thing if we wanted to with Cannes being just 10 minutes or so by the regular but cheap bus service. All three of use thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is certainly on the top of our list for next year. I drove this year in case I needed the car, but did not, so would fly and use public transport in future. This apartment is ideal for all family types from mature couples to young families. As on the ground floor with level access, also ideal for less able bodied. All details were well detailed in information provided and I can make no recommendations for improvements. This is a well managed well run very comfortable apartment. Many thanks for a great holiday. Barry

Wir haben im Urlaub schon oft Ferienwohnungen gemietet, aber keine war so perfekt eingerichtet, insbesondere ließ die Kücheneinrichtung keine Wünsche offen, aber auch die Bäder, das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer waren schön und funktionell ausgestattet. Zu erwähnen auch ein schöner Terrassentisch mit Stühlen und Sonnenliegen mit Polsterauflagen. Das Apartment befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage mit 2 bestens gepflegten Swimmingpools.
Bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt hat uns die Vermieterin persönlich begrüßt und uns ausführlich alle Funktionen von der modernen Schließanlage bis zum PKW-Abstellplatz erklärt. Die Wohnung war in einem perfekten sauberen Zustand.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Fab Holiday !

This apartment is truly a home- from home, it is much bigger than it looks on the pictures, i stayed here with my husband and in laws, 4 of us altogether, there is a sofa bed in the living room which looks as though it would be comfortable for further guests. There are 2 separate bathrooms ideal and allowing more privacy. The beds are comfy, patio doors lead onto the terrace at the front from both bedrooms, here you get the full morning sun ! The living room is tastefully kitted out, large dining table with ample room for everyone ( enjoying the lovely food and wine which is always readily available from the supermarket ) There are also a couple of comfy sofa's and of course the sofa bed giving ample space to crash out. We had access to tv in living room and bedrooms wireless internet and music player .Double doors from the living room out onto the terrace, ( sun in the afternoon ) which has a couple of loungers and table and chairs ( we ate here most evenings as it was hot, hot, hot ) the weather was beautiful, only had a couple of gloomy days when we first arrived.There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and stand alone fans if too hot making chill out time more bare-able ! :) The kitchen is spacious and just when you think i wonder if they have ?..there it is. Electric shutters too on all the windows so you know your belongings are safe.The apartment is centrally located in cannes though a car is advisable if you want to see the sights. We travelled to san remo and ventimiglia in italy. If you go to ventimiglia friday market set out very early as parking is difficult. Nice, monaco, monte carlo. theoule, frejus, st raphael, st maxime, st tropez. are all within less than an hour from the apartment,We did them all, take the coast road from cannes towards frejus, scenary is breathtaking, having wanted always,to go to the south of france, we found it just as picture perfect as imagined.To be honest we hardly saw a lot of cannes as we were too busy tripping here and there. but the beach at cannes is lovely, usually got back to the beach after a day out, the sea warm and friendly sandy bottom. loved it in the afternoon when the waves got up, great for all water sports if thats your thing. I would definately recommend the apartment as a good place to stay if you want to see the cote d' azur, after a great day out we were able to retreat back to a lovely clean comfortable and private apartment, to chill out relax. Lovely immaculate flat

We stayed at Julie's apartment over Easter and we found it immaculate. It is very well equipped, well looked after and with plenty of modern comforts (we loved the automated blind system), there’s a very functional kitchen, media gadgets, loads of towels, nice linen and Provençal-style table cloths.

We are a couple with a one-year old so it was important to us to be in a well-equipped place and also to feel safe. Being this a gated development you can feel secure; it’s also such a quiet place, ideal for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The patio and garden are lovely, we had a few sunny days in April and it was absolute delight to have lunch outside and soak in the garden on the deck-chairs, or to have a nice aperitif at sunset.

We definitely had everything we needed and even more! Julie is a fantastic landlady, she really goes the extra-mile to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and she’s always readily available to answer any enquiry or request you may have. She provided a booster seat for my son upon my request, exactly the one I wished to have. The travel cot was like new and my son slept very well in it! Travelling with a young child can be daunting as they need a lot of things, but here we had all we needed and that really made it easier for me as it felt like home.
We also appreciated all the detailed information Julie gave us to make our arrival as smooth as possible, both about the apartment and the area. It’s rare to find someone who is not just renting out a flat but really cares for it and for their customers, so we were impressed by the effort and the care Julie puts in keeping a nice home and in making her guests’ holidays as pleasant as possible.

This is definitely a place for a romantic gateway or a family holiday as it’s cosy and has got such a homely feeling.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and we would like to come back as soon as we can!

A beautiful flat of very high standard with very helpful owners, just as others have said, clean, well-maintained,with everything one could possibly need. Being partially sighted, I especially appreciated how well-lit the flat was-not always the case in my experience. Our particular delight was not only the garden , which we were able to use even in Feb, but the direct access within the development to the Croix des Gardes just as the mimosas were at their peak, truly spectacular. Also we appreciated the advice Julie left for us in her folders on directions etc.
Quiet and tranquil, yet close to the centre. We had a car which we found useful and an assigned space was available close to the flat. A wonderful place.

The apartment is just 2 kilometres from the beaches and centre of Cannes in an area known as La Croix des Gardes. This is a beautiful area in the setting of natural parkland with lush vegetation and stunning views. There is a small shopping centre near to the apartment for your local amenities including bars, restaurants, pizzeria, supermarkets and hairdressers. It is less than 10 minutes by car, taxi or bus into the bustle of Cannes centre with its many restaurants, prestigious shops and beautiful beaches. The train station is also easily accessible and you can travel to many other towns along the French Riviera within the hour, or across the border into Italy. In the summer months, there are regular boat trips to St Tropez and small neighbouring Islands. Further inland, it is only a short distance by car or public transport to the nearby hillside towns of Mougins and Grasse. Hiring a car is optional as a regular bus service operates from Nice airport into the centre of Cannes.
