Centrally located in Cannes on the famous Rue d'Antibes, this high quality apartment has been luxuriously and sympathetically fitted out. This light and airy apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the building and benefits from a triple aspect view in the sitting room, looking directly onto the Rue d'Antibes. The access to the apartment is through an inviting and well maintained hallway and lift/stairs. The attractions of Cannes are within easy walking distance and the rest of the Cote d'Azur and Provence is easily accessible either by car or public transport.

We have received excellent yet accurate testimonials for the apartment and the repeat visits of the majority of our guests are testament to this. As many of our guests say,

We chose this property because Cannes seemed to have everything that would appeal to us as a family with 2 children - now and in the future. We have not been disappointed as every time we go to Cannes we find different things to do, whether it's walking in the Alpes Maritimes, jogging along the beach or eating in one of the many restaurants.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is lovely, light and airy - it's a great quality which can't be adequately described and which we didn't find in any other properties we looked at. This is due to its rare position on the street; Likewise, the unique view from the sitting room window is completely addictive and many people have mentioned it. The apartment has a garage, which is unusual in Cannes. From comments our guests have made, we understand that the property is furnished and equipped to a much higher standard than usual rental properties.

Residence 99 is only a few minutes walk from the Croisette, with its sandy beaches, cafes and restaurants. It is in the heart of Cannes with a prime view over the chic Rue d'Antibes yet within metres of a tranquil Moorish style square with fountains and palm trees in one direction and the bustling Marche Gambetta in the other. Its proximity to the perennial Cannes attractions such as restaurants, clubs, cinemas, the 2 markets, the port and the old town of Le Suquet make it a perfect location for a holiday with or without a car. The water taxis to St Tropez and the Isles de Lerins are easily reached by foot. The whole of the French Riviera and Provence is within easy travelling distance and Nice airport can be reached in approximately 30 minutes. (The airport bus stop is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment). A direct train line ensures easy access to the town of Grasse and another line crosses the boarder into Italy, passing through Antibes and Nice.

Notes

  • Rates detailed above are for 2 person occupation. There is a non negotiable service charge of £50 pounds to be added to the rates above which includes provision of linen and use of services such as electricity and water. For groups of more than 2 people there is an extra charge of £30.00 per person, up to a total maximum of 4 people.

    Rental includes linen for 2 people, before and after cleaning and use of our underground garage if required. For two week stays and longer there is a reduction on the weekly rate. Please contact owner for further details
    We accept pounds sterling or Euro equivalent as payment.

    40 per cent of the total sum is payable at the time of reservation. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
  • We charge a returnable 200 pound security deposit which is returned at the end of the stay following inspection by our representative.

No arrivals after 22h00. Private underground garage is available by prior request. Dimensions of the garage are: 230cm wide x 194cm high x 525cm deep.

I'm extremely grateful to Helen for letting us stay in her apartment. We had an amazing stay in Cannes and are looking forward to coming back. The apartment is everything you can dream about: perfect location, great layout, there is everything you need in the apartment and more... There was even an umbrella by the door which was very handy on our last day as it rained:-). Kitchen is very well equipped to make your own meals. We did not use it much though as so many great restaurants were just steps away from the apartment. Beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of closet room in the bedroom. We enjoyed watching people on the busy Rue d'Antib out of the big window in the living room. Beach, train station, water ferries, night life and much more is only minutes away. A supermarket is just up the street no more than 20 meters.

we spent a perfect few days at this apartment in June. We are a mature couple and it proved to be everything we needed .The apartment is all that it purports to be and more. It is ideally situated for shopping, restaurants, and most importantly the Croisette. with the added convenience of a garage. We found that we enjoyed the leisurely stroll to the old town and port.,and enjoyed the food market in the old town. This apartment suited all our needs and the added help in r ecommendations from Helen made everything very easy. The apartment is very well equipped and provides every comfort. Ideal location for the South of France

We had a wonderful time in this perfectly positioned well-maintained apartment. A car is not essential as everything in Cannes was within walking distance and transport to Nice, Monte Carlo etc is straightforward. We however did have a car as we had planned some trips to Provence to see the lavender fields and with parking at such a premium in Cannes what a blessing the garage that came with the apartment proved to be. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. By day, it's location in the busy Rue d'Antibes was a perfect spot for watching the world go by. At night it was quiet but only minutes from all the busy night life. There is an abundance of good restaurants round about and shopping from the luxury end of the market to the everyday was right on the door step.

We can only confirm that everything good that has already been said by others about this apartment is totally true. This was our eleventh stay in an apartment in Cannes. Yes, we love the place. Such a shame that it took us so long to find "99". Everything you could wish for, every home comfort, including Sky TV and wi-fi. So convenient for Rail Station, Bus Station and Supermarkets, and a 4 minute (timed!) gentle stroll to the Croisette. Please don't book the weeks that we want to go though! We shall be back. Helen even provides the weather.
