Bedroom with double bed (140cm), living room with 140cm bed sofa, furnished hallway with top bed with functional workspace.

Modern kitchen with trad oven, microwave oven .Bathroom with washing machine. Separate WC. Living room with dinner table 4 persons, Terrace with seating.

Locked secure garage.

Optimal central location close to everything. Terrace. Modern furniture. No insight, pleasant surroundings, marvellous panoramic sea view. 1min from train/buses to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Sophia Antipolis,/airport bus. Skiresorts easily reachable; Isola 2000 & Auron.

If a rainy day would come; a big flat screen, selected books and some films to the home cinema equipment are at place.

Rental includes all charges (like bed linen, towels, electricity, water, aircond ) usage of a.o. PC & Internet (Ethernet cable & wifi) Free telephony to fix lines in most parts of the world , Europe, USA & Canada.

There are marvelous beaches (many!) just a few hundred meters away, both sand - and pebble-stone beaches. If pools are wished: the piscine municipal (3 outdoor pools surrounded with grass and palm trees and indoor pool) is just a few hundred meters away.

Sailors?: You have a chance to rent the owners 42 feet sailing yacht given you have proper maritime licenses.

Antibes Apartment Excellent. Location Excellent.

My wife and I, have just spent a week at the beginning of February staying at this apartment in Antibes. If you want a compact, clean, very secure, well equipped and maintained, 1 bedroom apartment with nice lounge and kitchen you could not do better. In addition both lounge and bedroom have wonderful views over the marina, mountains and sea. The location is excellent being just seconds from the marina, minutes from most of Antibes and very central for the French Cote d Azur area. Parking facilities are excellent in a secure underground carpark. Shops, particularly for food, are excellent and just minutes away. Public transport is also very close. The owner Sten, has to be rated as one of the best - considerate, helpful and very efficient.

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß und sehr gut eingerichtet.
Insbesondere die Lage ist einmalig - Blick über den Hafen und die Meeralpen im Hintergrund und gleichzeiitg am Rand der Altstadt. Auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist praktisch, wenn auch eng. Wunderbar waren die 2 Räder für Ausflüge nach Cannes und Nizza.
Der Vermieter hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar.
Vielen Dank für zwei wunderschöne Wochen!

A one bedroom apartment with a great view. Very conveniently located right by the train station in Antibes.Well equipped nothing missing,would definitely stay again!

I rented this flat for ten days at the end of June, and it was an unforgettable trip.

All the property listing description were true: ideally located, well-equipped, sunny. The living room, bedroom and balcony commanded fantastic views of the harbour and the fortification. It faced streets and the harbour, but it was quite at night, I didn't hear noise and traffic.

I travelled south of France for gourmet food, and my experiences were enhanced by the well-equipped kitchen, and I used it everyday.

Sten, the owner, was responsive, and answered my queries. I met him and his wife on my arrival day, and they made me feel welcome.

I would like to make a suggestion on the balcony. There were two tables there, and they made the balcony a little bit crowded. I think one table would be sufficient.

Antibes is a small town, and yet exquisit and elegant. I love it more than other places in south of France. I hope the flat will be kept at this high standard, and I will be able to go back in the future.

My mom with two grandchildren stayed at the apartment for 10 days. They absolutely loved it! It was clean, comfortable and had all necessities. The location is great as it is only minutes away from the train station and shops. The view is beautiful and one can enjoy it from the balcony and both rooms. My mom says she would definitely stay at this apartment again!
