Our new 4 bed 3 bath SW facing home is situated at the end of a long lake and has been furnished to the highest standards by a European Interior Designer. Discerningly decorated in a contemporary style, the house sleeps up to 10 people and includes a state of the art gourmet kitchen and ample entertaining space. Indoor dining includes a formal dining area for eight, a breakfast table for four, plus seating for four at the breakfast bar. Outdoor dining easily accommodates 8 -10 around our extendable teak table.

The Pool: Situated on the screened in 32ft x 54ft deck, with its gloriously sunny south west aspect and panoramic long lake views is the unique ‘wet deck’ heated infinity edge free form pool with underwater lighting and sun shelf. The only pool of its kind in Lely Resort.
Rising out of the pool is the integrated infinity spa with 6 powerful air jets and seating for 8. The pool and spa have an IntelliChlor electrolytic generator which uses small amounts of common table salt (less than one teaspoon per gallon) for the most advanced water sanitation system available. Sparkling clean, fresh and safe water with no more chlorine odor, stinging eyes, irritated skin or bleached out swimsuits that you may get with conventional chemical pools!
The Deck: 4 sun loungers, comfortable informal seating under the lanai for 7 with occasional table, plus outside dining for 10 in the shaded outdoor dining area.

This new 20,000 sq ft Clubhouse houses a 3,5000 sq. ft. fitness center, restaurant, bar, pool room with 2 pool tables, movie theater and computer room. Fitness classes are scheduled daily and personal trainers are available on an individual basis. The Spa provides a wide range of massage and beauty therapies, which can be booked with the Concierge. Outside, in a tropical setting there is a lagoon pool with cabanas, beach, waterfalls and your own tropical island! There is also a lap pool for the fitness swimmer as well as a tots' waterpark for our younger guests. The poolside tiki bar provides refreshments and light dining. If you desire the ultimate in pampering, have a poolside massage or for true decadence, a massage can be booked under the waterfall!
