Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with pool (heating optional October - April) located in a quiet neighbourhood in Spring Hill on Florida's beautiful Nature Coast. The house is furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipped

Our home is situated within a 10-15 minute drive to the local beach at Pine Island and is nearby to nature reserves, bush habitats and wildlife parks including Homassa Springs. It is approximately 90 minutes drive to Orlando and the Disney area, 45 minutes drive to Busch Gardens and many other attractions in Tampa including the International Mall Spring Hill is approximately one hour north of the world famous beaches of clear water and St Petersburg.

Other Activities: ten pin bowling, multi screen cinemas, basketball and waterpark

The house/home was in the best condition. Everything needed was there. The pool was clean and comfortable..everyone loved it. The surrounding area was neat and clean. I would like to use this house again in the future, if possible. My wife asked .."is this house for sale"..
Again, thank you for a wonderful vacation in a well kept home and it was just one mile from my grand daughters home..that was also nice.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
