The 3 bedroom house is fully equipped with everything you may need to make your stay special and a luxury community clubhouse overlooking a large freshwater lake awaits you with free form swimming pool, Tiki bar, children’s sandy play area, fitness room, sauna, games and computer room.

Terra Verde is just 24 miles (45 minutes drive) from Orlando International Airport. The gates of Disney World Resort are a 15 minute drive and Universal Studios 25 minutes. 10 minutes sees you on highway 192 with its wealth of shops restaurants and other attractions.

Notes: Our home is fully air conditioned and is furnished to a high standard. Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay is included, bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, telephone (free of charge for all local calls, accepts all incoming calls), free broadband Internet connection, flatscreen TV/DVD player (Region 1 only) in lounge (TV's in all bedrooms), board games and even a pack of cards! A high chair and travel cot are also available. The private courtyard is equipped with ample seating and an 8 person Jacuzzi, views are over a wooded conservation area. The resort clubhouse complete with concierge service is the focal point for a number of activities. It includes a large free form swimming pool with deck and spa, a children’s sandy play area, basketball court, volleyball area, fitness centre, sauna, games room, computer room (internet access $1 per 5 mins), and a large function room with satellite TV. The clubhouse and pool overlook a large fresh water lake.

My family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. It was clean as it was described in the other reviews. Everything was as it was described in the ad. I liked that kitchen had almost everything needed for cooking. The only thing absent was a deep stock pot for making a soup. But other than that everything is provided. We mostly cooked ourselves.
We are satisfied with everything. I would definitely come back and stay in this place.

This home was the third property I have stayed in at Terre Verde and by far the best. The townhouse was clean and cozy. It had everything needed to have a stress free vacation. We called the property manager once for a small issue and they sent a maintenance man over in less than ten minutes to resolve the issue. He was very professional and as it turns out it wasn't an issue at all. I would highly recommend this property. We stayed with two teens and a toddler and had a great time. My only recommendation for the future would be to supply a gas grill.

My family of 4 has just returned from a great stay in this house. We found the property to be maintained and cleaned to an exceptionally high standard and would absolutely recommend to anyone who was looking for a great base to enjoy Orlando. The whole complex is also well presented with friendly staff and the pool area is a great place to relax and soak up the sun. Can't wait to return!
