Master bedroom ensuite with a 2 person bath and a separate shower stall and walk in closet, 2 twin bedrooms and another full sized double bedroom, a second bathroom with an over bath shower, hard to find a home as well furnished and cared for as this one, 6 TVs(1 a 57'') / 2 VCR s / 4 DVDs and Cable TV, Air-conditioning and Central Heating in every room, sleeping sofa and Crib & High Chair (child friendly) with free long distance phone calls with high speed WI-FI so don't forget your laptop.

Our home is located within easy driving distance of some of the world best golf courses. Just a 5 minute drive away is the Champions Gate Golf complex. Boasting 18 holes of championship quality and hosting a David Leadbetter School of excellence, you will be hard pressed to find a better facility. Other courses close by include Highland Reserve Golf & Country Club, Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, Ridgewood Lakes, Diamond Back, Celebration Golf, Mystic Dunes, Legends, Hunters Creek and Kissimmee Oaks. Most course will offer the facility to hire clubs, please contact them to confirm. This Executive Villa is situated in the prestigious safe and quiet walled & gate coded community in the established residential area of The Manors North on Highway 27 close to the 192 and Highway I-4. Convenient to all the Major attractions & Gulf Coast Beaches, approx 15 minutes from all the main attractions (Disney-Universal - Sea World etc.) A few minutes North on Highway 27 is Wal-Mart Super Store-Publix & Winn Dixie, Post Office, Bank and Internet Café.

Other Activities: Only 15 Minutes from all Major Atractions (Disney - Universal - Sea world)

A deceptively spacious holiday villa in a quiet gated residential area of west Orlando. The villa is about 30 mins from Orlando International Airport; 15 from Disney via easily navigable main routes. Amenities (petrol, supermarkets, post office) are close by yet the villa and surroundings are peaceful.
We felt at home the moment we pulled-up in the drive! The villa itself is as described and more. The ample kitchen means cooking-in and eating as a family is an option, or enjoy an American breakfast in one of several classic eateries on the way to the theme parks; dinner on the way home.
The villa is very clean and tidy, and well-maintained. The washroom provides a toploader and tumble dryer - we soon discovered that we needn't have brought so much with us!
The transaction was smooth, and communication with the owners was excellent throughout. Lynda & Lyndsay ensured that everything was in order, and to our liking.
We cannot recommend this villa highly enough! Hopefully we'll be returning soon.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at this villa. Lyndsey and Linda went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The villa was very comfortable and we so enjoyed having the pool right there, The property is well kept and tidy. We enjoyed going to kissimme and it was only 30 minutes away. We liked it so much we are going back next year. Our family came down too and they loved it. Thanks again to Lyndsey and Linda.

Once again I cannot recommend this villa enough.
With 4 adults and 4 children there was still plenty of room for everybody.
It was clean and well equipped and any problems where sorted straight away by the lovely management company, we will definitely stay again in the future.

Firstly, I would like to thank Lynda and Lindsay for letting us use their Villa. The customer service provide by Lindsay and Lynda was brilliant. It was a great success from our point of view. The Villa is located approx. 30 minutes from all Disney and Universal attractions conveniently located between the I-4 and US192. there are a wealth of shops and restaurants all within a close proximity of the Villa. The Villa had everything you needed and vey clean and tidy. Very well equipped.
I would definitely go back. Thanks girls it was appreciated.
