4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 10. Great area close to the theme parks, & shops

Our superb family home is on the executive Calabay Parc development. Situated just off the I4, on US27 & near the junction of 192, making this home accessible to all of the attractions of the Disney area. Walt Disney World is 12 mins drive, Sea World and Discovery Cove 15mins while Universal Studios & International Drive are just 20 mins Local amenities include Walmart & Publix supermarkets and many other shops , Video/DVD rentals, takeouts & restaurants (ask for our highly recommended ones ). Many golf courses in the area, including the highly popular Greg Norman designed Champion's Gate. The home is fully equipped with TVs/DVDs to all bedrooms, and a massive 52' to the main living area. The utility room has a washer and dryer and we include all the towels and also beach towels for around the pool or to take to the parks. 4 bedrooms including 1 queen & 1king size both master en-suites, 1 double and 1 twin, and 1 further bathroom. The extended screened pool deck enjoys the sun all day there is a dining area to enjoy that evening meal. The pool area is also not overlooked. We have added many upgrades for 2013 to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

Our home is ideally suited for golfers with over 15 golf courses nearby including Championsgate, Providence, Southern Dunes, Orange Lake, Falcons Fire, the Five Disney courses, Celebration,Highlands Reserve, Kissimmee Oaks, Kissimmee Golf, and Kissimmee Bay to name but a few. All our rentals obtain a full list we can also provide details of the beaches and Shops

Calabay Parc is an exclusive community with landscaped gardens and winding streets conveniently located just south of US192 on US27 and is only minutes from Disney World, Universal and Sea World, Aquatica water Park, the world renowned International Drive and the Convention centre, and the restaurants of Sand Lake road. It is also only 2minutes from the new retail area of Posner Park. Visiting Downtown Disney or Universal City Walk in the evenings is so easy. The Davenport area gives easy access to the I4 which can take you to Orlando and onto Cocoa Beach or visit Kennedy Space Centre, or west to Tampa, Busch Gardens and Clearwater Beach/St. Petersburg. Locally you will find sports bars, restaurants, shopping malls, outlet shops, golf courses including Champions Gate & Reunion, supermarkets, beauty salons/nail parlours, Chinese, and pizza takeaways, chemists, and a hospital.   • The first master suite has a huge bed and walkin wardrobe.The ensuite bathroom has his & hers washbasins large walkin shower and large bath. The bedroom also has direct access to the pool deck. The second master suite also has direct access to the pool and comes complete with ensuite bathroom which leads to a huge walkin wardrobe/ dressing area. It has a king size bed. The double and the twin bedrooms share a third bathroom, which is located between the 2. The 2 doors to the pool are alarmed for child safety. All bedrooms have TVs/DVDs. There is free wifi Internet access just bring your laptop there is also free international calling so you can call home and let them know all is ok. The TVs have FOX Sport so you can watch UK football Many new additions including Air hockey table and there have been many upgrades recently installed to make this home even more comfortable to ensure you have a great stay

Notes: The house has a full security alarm system, together with a child safety alarm to all pool doors. There is also a safety screen around the pool which can be removed if you do not have young children in your party. We have tried to cater for every need in our home The home is not overlooked at the rear where the South facing pool invites you to relax at all times of the day. Its also a great place for the kids with direct access from the bedrooms and main living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cupboard space to accommodate all the great American goodies. The home is non smoking and non pets and we hope all our renters respect that, making it comfortable for everyone. Access in and out the home is very good with really wide doors you can even drive straight into the garage and access the home via an internal door great if you have kids and it is raining!!!

Stayed here for 10 days and loved every minute of it. The villa is so comfortable, felt at home from the minute we stepped through the door with it's modern decor, good sized pool, plenty of space and very comfy beds . This was our first time staying in the Davenport area and loved it. Would recommend this villa to anyone and Steve was so friendly sending us restaurant recommendations and details of nearby shops. Great place to stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Its always great to hear back from our guests as we do try to make every effort to ensure they do enjoy their stay. This year we did put a lot of upgrades in the villa and tried to give it an individual feel with unusual pictures, modern furniture and leather suites floral arrangements etc. It is nice to also hear that those extra touches are appreciated
Hopefully throughout the rest of 2009 our guests will really appreciate our home and as can be seen we have already started booking up well for 2010

Seeing is believing! A+

Upon arrival at Steve's Villa we found that the pictures didn't do justice to the very colorful and classy decor, The Villa was spotless and the finer details such as more linen than we could have used in a month along with the full complement of kitchen appliances and utensils, cook wear and dishes. The one level floor plan provided each of us with our own separate wings. Steve was always great in responding to any of our questions promptly along with providing information regarding attractions, restaurants and directions. We are in agreement that this is the finest overall value in terms of location, amenities, quality we have ever stayed in our many stays in the Orlando area which we have been coming to since 1994 and this is the first time we are looking forward to book the same Villa for the second year in a row!
Owner's Response: This was a great review for us and we do thank you for it. We are also really pleased that you have chosen to book with us again for 2014. We have already taken 3 repeat bookings for 2014 one is for 2 months, which is so pleasing to us as we realise that we must be doing things right.

Florida is a such a fantastic location for so many reasons and we think the location of our villa on this community is ideal for everything that this area has to offer.

We always strive to have everything in place to make our guests stay comfortable and we also ask them to let us know if we need to get anything else to improve it, and we do think we manage it all.

Brilliant place to stay

Our 2nd stay at Steve's villa was as good as the first.The facilities are 1st class,very clean and modern. There were 6 of us staying for a month with plenty of room for all.
The location is superb - about 10-15mins drive to Disney - but as it's on a private estate there is non of the hustle and bustle of other areas such as on International Dv. etc.
After a long day in the parks it's great to return to the pool and relax with a few drinks.There are plenty of places nearby to eat out - Applebees,Chili's,Bob Evans to name a few - each about 5 mins away.
Before we left the UK we contacted Steve for advice on places to go and things like car rental and shows - his advice was spot on.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone , many thanks Steve for another fantastic holiday . Hope to visit again soon.

Great Villa to enjoy Orlando from

We choose this villa from the previous reviews shown and we were not disappointed. The villa is an excellent base for your Orlando holiday and the perfect place to relax with plenty of room, well equipped and well furnished.

The location is quiet but within an easy drive of the Disney Parks and all Orlando has to offer. Steve, the owner, was always helpful and provided quick responses with the questions we had and gave some good advice which made our holiday pass smoothly. My 2 daughters soon made their bedrooms their own and would happily have stayed living there and loved having their own bathrooms. We had dinner at a number of the recommended restaurants within a short drive but were quite happy to bring food back to unwind in the homely atmosphere.

There is plenty of choice for places to stay when you holiday in Orlando but you won't be disappointed with this villa and we will be back!

Owner's Response: Once again we have received another great review and it is really appreciated. We have just recently installed a 52" tv in the living room ready to get the UK football and all of the USA sports.
We have also just upgraded the bedding and when you do spend the time and effort to make sure our guests enjoy their stay it is really very good to hear people have noticed it.
We provide a list of local restaurants and some further afield and we ask our guests if they come upon any that they could recommend then to let us know as there are so many to choose from. It is good to have some to rely on and hopefully as Colin and family have said they can return to on their future stay.

We do hope to see them and many of our other guests back next year in fact 2 have already booked for 2013 so good news.

Hopefully we will also see some new guests in the rest of this year and in 2013

Our First visit - Fantastic!

We loved our stay at this villa, it was clean and felt like home from home!
We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay with a perfect location for all the Disney Parks and other Parks including Sea World, Universal & Islands of Adventure (Harry Potter) plus Discovery Cove!!!
There were 7 people in our party and the villa had plenty of room. The facilities were great and easy to use.
The pool was lovely & relaxing and we found the whole atmosphere brilliant.
We also had great knowledge of the area after speaking to Steve and family which made life a lot easier. Things like where the nearest petrol station, supermarket, restaurants and nearest take away.
We recommend it and like us, you will want to go back in the near future!
