Enjoy your stay in this 3 bedroom cottage-style house with own private garden. Wi-Fi,Equipped with all the mod cons such as bath, washing machine, Satellite TV in main living area as well as 1 bedroom, dining area to accommodate 5/6 people, a private garden and patio area with garden furniture for BBQ's. This is a comfortable and relaxing property suitable for couples or families . A very clean and tidy house with wooden floors on the lower level. With easy access to all of central London's major tourist attractions including the Houses of Parliament (Big Ben), The London Eye, galleries and museums, this property is suitably located within 10 minutes of the local tube station. Local shops are within 5 minutes walk, with Barking Town Centre only 10 minutes away by car or 5 minutes on the tube/metro for supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Becontree is a residential part of Essex - quiet enough for your stay and close enough to central London night life and main tourist attractions.

Transfer service maybe available at London Airports, depending on arrival time and at a fee.

Check out by 10am on departure day.

Notes

  • There is a £250.00 security/booking fee for this property, which is returned on your departure day, once the property is checked and cleaned.

    Flight, home address plus passport details are required for all bookings.
    There is no refund on security/booking for cancelled bookings by the customer.

    50% of the full rental fee is due 6 weeks before the arrival date. The balance is due on arrival.

    each rental period is charged an additional £50.00 for cleaning. There is no hidden charges for heating or hot water, or towels.

    Airport transfers are charged between £70.00 - £90.00 depending on Airport and number of people.

    Catering service available after a long shopping day.

    English cuisine charged at £15.00 per head and includes a starter, main meal and desert. Drinks are charged separately.

    All day car service can be arranged, for sight seeing and special tours. Contact owner for details.

the place was great. The rooms where nice size and comfortable. the owner was very helpful getting to the home and showing us what was around to experince.
Made a great place for a family getaway.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My family and I stayed at this house in February 2013

Excellent value for money, good transport links to all over London. There are 2 local parks nearby and the local shops are 5 minutes away.

The house has a garden and 3 good size rooms, which is all clean and correct. I can recommentd this property for future Holiday Rentals.

Lovely place to stay

My family and I stayed at this house in February 2013. Excellent value for money, good transport links to all over London. There are 2 local parks nearby and the local shops are 5 minutes away.

The house has a garden and 3 good sized rooms which were all clean and correct. I can recommend this property for future Holiday Rentals.

This is a very excellent apartment in London. It is spacious, neat and well furnished. We needed the space and got it. The rooms were okay. The kitchen is well spacious for a London apartment and well equipped except for a blender which was not provided.

Michael and his son were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Would definitely rent the apatment again and highly recommend to others.

lovely house and good location

We found the house very spacious and clean, with a nice patio area ideal for the summer. Parking was no problem, the tube is only 10 minutes walk away and shops are just down the road. The owner was very nice and gave us all the information we needed. I would definitely recommend it.
