Sunrise Beach Villa is located in a prime position overlooking stunning Mediterranean Sea views offering luxury accommodation to sleep 4. This exclusive villa is located a short walk from the shops, restaurants and sandy beaches of Coral Bay with easy access to the beautiful Paphos Harbour. The ground floor is a spacious open plan design with marble flooring. It consists of a well equipped modern kitchen which boasts a luxurious Italian design with granite worktops. There is also a downstairs cloakroom containing WC facilities. Sliding glass doors lead to the private swimming pool and landscaped gardens surrounded by patio furniture, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The first floor offers a bathroom with powerful shower, one double and one twin bedroom, both furnished with Italian furniture. The bedrooms have sea facing, spacious balconies. The villa is fully air conditioned and has central heating for winter visits. All windows and doors are fitted with fly screens for your comfort

Transfers : Collection can be arranged from Paphos airport or Larnaca airport

Notes: Air conditioning is included in the price. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Hand towels, bath towels and extra linen are provided but please bring your own beach towels. This is our holiday home, it is therefore fully equipped with all essential cooking items including a rice cooker, George Foreman grill, microwave oven, dish washer, washing machine and a family sized large fridge freezer. Extra equipment around the house also includes: CD player with radio, DVD player and satellite TV which airs many English and European channels including BBC World, MBC2 24hr Movie & Euro news. There are garden chairs and tables on each balcony, four sun loungers, two large tables with chairs; one by the pool side and one in the garden area. There is a wireless alarm and a fitted wall safe for your security which can hold passports and other valuables. Tourist books and guides are provided in order for you to make the most out of your stay.

Perfect villa!

Our first non-hotel experience in Cyprus (on our 6th visit) and perfect in every way. The villa is equipped with everything you need and having your own private pool is excellent, particularly with the sea view. We saw that lots of other villas nearby didn't have this view and felt we had a significant advantage over them! It's nice and peaceful, private and very relaxing. Close enough to the shops, restaurants and bars to easily walk up but far enough not to be disturbed by the nightlife if that's not your cup of tea. The kitchen is well equipped, and there was a lovely welcome pack of fruit, vegetables and wine which was a really nice start to the holiday.

The villa was very clean, and towels were provided. The garden is very pretty and nicely maintained, and it's a pleasure to spend time by the pool just watching the lizards, butterflies and cats passing by! Air conditioning in the bedroom was an absolute lifesaver as the week we were there was very hot (80+ degrees). It was also great to have a TV with some films (definitely take your own CDs and DVDs if this appeals). We had an entirely peaceful and uninterrupted week - even though there were guests next door this really didn't interfere with our privacy and peace and quiet.

We wrote a lot of recommendations for activities, restaurants etc in the visitors book so if you go do please look them up! My only last tip is to take up the offer of being picked up by the local person (the owner will give you the details if you book) rather than taking a taxi from the airport. This was quite costly (our own fault as we just jumped in without asking price first). We later rented a car from Atlas rentals on the main Coral Bay strip which was good - if you want to explore the coast line etc.

In summary we completely recommend this villa, and we'll definitely be back!

just got back from cyprus after a great holiday, this villa is wonderfull, what a great view to wake up to every morning, the villa is like home from home everything you need is there, the pool is great you can swim and watch the sea it is so relaxing, it is so clean and well looked after it makes you want to stay for ever. Mary was also very helpful when we had a medical problem, even the cleaning ladies came to check we were ok. We hired a car but you dont need one because you can just walk up the road to the main coral bay strip, you would be mad not to book this villa, it is the 9th villa we have stayed in and is by far the best.

A perfect holiday home

This was our first holiday in Cyprus and in a villa and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We stayed in the second week of October for a wedding in Paphos, but also wanted a relaxing holiday for the two of us.

The accommodation was clean, incredibly well equipped, and although we didn't cook any meals, should you feel so inclined, the kitchen had more than everything you need to do so.

The garden and pool were amazing. We did our research beforehand and the photos gave us an idea of what to expect but in reality the views of the sea from the pool were even more stunning. Also breakfast in bed with the shutters and doors open with views of blue sky and sea made it for me!

The location was perfect for us, although we had a car, you don't necessarily need one. A 2 minute walk up the road are shops and restaurants (particularly recommend Samisen, the Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant). Despite proximity to the main street, It didnt ever disturb us. The bus service to Paphos Harbour is regular and efficient. €2 return, takes about 20 mins. Coral Bay beach is a 5-10 min walk and very nice too.

Mary the owner was really helpful and easily contactable if required, and Andy cleaned the pool midway through the week which reiterates how well maintained the property is. The welcome pack was greatly received too.

In short we really couldn't have asked for more. We can't wait to return and would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful week

What a wonderful week it has been. Villa met all of our expectations. The welocme pack was well received and much appreciated.
going home with a nice tan and good memories, what more can you ask for from a holiday.
Local transport easy to use, the bus runs every 15 mins to Paphos harbour and costs 1 Euro.
Downside- it has to end and the last day comes too quickly!!
This villa has everything that is needed to compliment the weather and holiday.

Relaxing Stay

What a lovely two weeks we had! It just got warmer and warmer, so the pool was used very often. A relaxing stay in a beautiful spot.
