Award-winning 3-bed and 2-bed apartments near beach and all facilities

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks in July this year with our two teenage daughters and our 10 year old.
We normally book a villa but thought we would try something different this year.
The booking process was very straight forward and Jane the owner is very pleasant and efficient.
We loved the apartment, it is very homely with everything you could wish for, three lovely spacious bedrooms and well equipped.
It was lovely to have the balcony too, we enjoyed many meals on it and the view of the lighted up pool at night was wonderful.
The pool was very clean and we never found it too busy. It is great that each property has its own set of sun-loungers as you don't have to go out early to put your towel out!
It seemed to be very family orientated around this development and was never noisy at night.
We hired a car for the duration of our holiday, but there are frequent cheap buses that you can use.
The centre of Paphos is about a 15 minute walk, even though we had a car we did not use it to go into Paphos in the evenings as we enjoyed the walk.
There are lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance and many interesting places to see in the area.
We enjoyed the apartment and Paphos so much that we have booked it again next year.

Whow what can we say - the apartment really made our stay in Paphos one to remember, thank you Jane. Everything one could wish for had been thought of for a stay for all ages.
The rooms are a very good size with plenty of storage space and everywhere was spotless.
The view over the complex was lovely and at night with the pool lit up it was magical. The pool was very pleasant and very clean.
I had brought my daughter, a niece, my sisters and a friend with me to celebrate my 60th birthday - we had a marvellous stay, there were 7 of us in all and there was plenty of room.
We didn't hire a car but that didn't matter as there is a very good regular local bus service which you can use to get round the Paphos area, including Coral Bay - a day ticket, for unlimited travel, cost 2 euros which was good value as a single journey was 1 euro. someone we spoke to said that the beach near the airport was a good one to visit too and the local bus goes to the airport. There are various options for sightseeing tours if you want to go further afield, into the mountains for example.
Sights and amenities are easily within walking distance e.g. resturants, the sea, supermarket etc.
I would definitely recommend Jane's apartment to anyone who would like an excellent place to stay whilst taking in the atmosphere Cyprus and Paphos creates.

This is a very equipped 3 bedroom apartment. We started our stay with 2 adults and 2 teenage boys (15) & (16) and were joined after a few days by another 2 boys both 19. There is plenty of room within the apartment for storing all clothes and suitcases, and all 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The complex is kept very clean with lovely pretty gardens.
The Pool although not massive, is generally quiet, sometimes finding you have the pool to yourself and we went in August.
The apartments are ideally located with just a short walk in either direction on the coast road taking you to lovely restaurants.

Viva Cyprus (turn right out of complex) exceptional value 3 course authentic Cypriot food for 10 euro. The area has interest for all ages, with "Bar Street" being the elder boys favourite, clubs galore until the early hours!
We are already planning to go back next year to Jane's apartment; Jane was very helpful with all queries. Cyprus is a beautiful island with lots of places to visit, but a car is not essential with everything within walking distance. This truly was one of our best holidays
